If you’re in Kenya make a point of visiting Four Points Sheraton. Excellent menu choices and friendly waiter service. The food is a descent serving with a variety to choose from. Ask for the honey glazed chicken wings while at it ❤️

I visited the Mezze restaurant and I judged on 7 criteria 1. Ambiance 8.5 2. Receiving/seating 7 3. Menu choice 5 4. Food 6.5 5. Dessert 7 6. Drinks 8 The seventh criteria was cutlery and I specifically chose this because as a 4 star hotel I expected better especially after receiving the wrong spoon for my dessert while my company received proper dessert spoons. This showed inconsistency however it might have been a mixup this is wrong and the serving staff should be aware. I gave this a 1. All this is out of ten averaging to 6.1 Great hotel but the restaurant could use better supervision. This is 3 star quality experience and I hope people don’t just overlook technicalities just because it is a hotel in “Kenya”

It was excellent in terms hospitality, punctual. Antoinnette was our server during the period of 5days. Service at the restaurent very good. Coffee, tea break very good. Nice rooms, cleaned, wireless good around everything went well in.

I have no bad review for this place,I mean welcoming warm staff with a ready smile especially Antonette and Catherina ,the flavorful meals.The ambience as whole especially the rooftop bar I won't forget Stephen our server he was so nice and welcoming .Four points is a must come back for us

We stayed with my child here for Christmas night and Christmas lunch. They served a great Christmas lunch with good live entertainment. The rooms were good complete with a coffee station . The staff were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is heated.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago for 3 nights at the beginning of our safari and from the minute we got here they made us feel like family the welcome gift (titanium) of a box of Kenyan tea was awesome Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best we have had We returned 2 weeks later before our flight home and again we got a box of tea as a welcome gift so now our daughter can bring one home to Florida with her It was New Year’s Eve and we had booked the party on the pool deck for $85 per person We were expecting a nice dinner and some dancing but WOW were we impressed with the spread This would have easily sold for 400 dollars a person back in the states again they made us feel like family We will certainly be back here if we come back (hopefully ) thanks to all the staff who were the best we have ever experienced at a Marriott property…

Wonderful service. Stephen was a fantastic waiter. Loved the coffee and the ambience of the hotel. Also a good place to hold a function. The rooftop gives a beautiful scenery of the city especially in the moonlight. Would definitely visit again soon

My sisters and I, had lunch at the rooftop restaurant. We were served by Stephen, a respectful and patient guy. I can't fail to mention the tasty food and drinks. Agh! Being the millennial that I am, I couldn't resist to get some fire pics for the Gram😅 Stephen also mentioned that they have a band playing every Friday, so definitely count me in!!! What I really liked was the ambience and the way the staff treated you like royalty. I loved every minute of it, the perfect way to start my week! Thank you Stephen for making our day out memorable!
