Basic clean hotel but fantastic lactation for party people. Dead Centre of the "Electric Steet" the party place in Nairobi. Saying that it's is very noise till 4 in the morning. Not a pace for families or business Travellers but great for party goers

Poorly maintained hotel though conveniently located. Breakfast service is like formality, tried to avoid it as far as possible. Worn out towels in the bathroom tells you rest of the story. I don't recommend to come again.

This is an improvised Hotel in the 6-7 floors of a building, but it is extremely overpriced. The rooms are very dark, but the worst part is the bathroom, and the shower is a joke. There is basically no options at breakfast (have to mention that the boy who serves there is very nice, not his fault that the free...

Hadn't heard of the Emerald before but l was pleasantly surprised. It is a nice hotel in the middle of westlands, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shop and even close to the Sarit shopping centre, reasonable priced and polite staff

This is a well run Hotel, and very central with regard to the Malls and Eating places. Sarit Centre as well as the Upmarket Westridge mall are very close to this hotel - Within walking distance in fact.

I stayed one night. I had no real issues with the hotel and the service (though the power in my room went off 4 times because the card was not working). However, I think travelers should know that the hotel is in the middle of a very busy area and high up in a kind of shopping centre (Krishna?). I...

The hotel is well located and other restaurants are within walking distance. It is safe too but the parking lot is a bit confusing. Also the excalator is shared by other people going to other floors. The breakfast is good. Not too much food but good English breakfast is served.

We were told this was a new "Executive hotel"; it isn't. The entrance is just a lift on the ground floor of an apartment block, with assorted dubious "security" guards lurking around.
