Jecinter was so helpful and caring. I had problems with my converter snd she went out of her way to assist me! Amazing woman and a true professional! Sammy wrapped up a few masks I had purchased and did a fantastic job and they made it back to the USA unbroken. He was a true professional, kind and is a great asset to the hotel! The staff at the BOMA are amazing and I was glad to stay there for two days! Jean

Wonderful staff that treat you like family. The rooms are spacious and nice, very clean and have all the amenities. They also have excellent breakfast with a huge assortment. Had a little hiccup with pickup but the hotel secured a cab for us at midnight. Lots of security so we felt very safe.

I have stayed at The Boma Hotel in Nairobi with my family and this time I came back for honeymoon and got great deals thanks to concierge’s team Jecinter and Carol who went beyond and made our memorable stay. We were upgraded to executive room with all the amenities also in room dining. Great food and the service was excellent.we got late checkout and had enough time for gym and sauna. All staff’s were very helpful Thank you the Boma Hotel, we enjoyed our honeymoon stay and will come back in the future.

For a hotel catering to an international clientele, one would expect a wider choice of teas including at least lemon slices. The hot water for beverages was placed in small flasks and kept running out. Some Restaurant waiters were not very helpful and seemed very inexperienced. The USB port in my room was not working but maintenance person accused my cable of being the problem. My cable worked fine. Otherwise comfortable room, wide choice of breakfast food and quiet location. Also like the fact that lights come on in the corridor by motion sensor.

It was my first time at the Boma hotel and it was such an amazing stay. I had requested for a interconnecting room since I was there with my family and it was amazing. The staff are very friendly,the rooms are clean and the food is as good. Special thanks to a lady at the guest relations she was so friendly with a very warm smile.
