Please stay away! I had booked for 3 days but only stayed 1. My money was non refundable but I didn’t care! The bed sheets and towels needed to retire. My night there, I dripped dry ( was too scared to use the towels in their condition). The market outside gets loud at night. They put a dump duvet on my bed, and that was it for me 🤦🏾♀️
We stayed for 3 nights with some friends from Kigali. Our reservation was through the travel agent Tsavo Cats tours and safaris. The hotel is located outside the CBD,Very friendly area where one can have a walk during the day. There is the Indian market along the place. Recommend it for next time.
I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. They have very nice rooms and my room had a queen size bed, a TV, hot shower and access to wifi(free). I was on full-board and had meals at the hotel. The meals were very well prepared and they also had a bar with really nice music. I used to stay late at the bar after dinner. The hotel is generally pocket friendly and the workers at the hotel are friendly as well. I liked it!!!
What an Amazing place to be,had a 2day conference there, excellent facilitation, their food, conference rooms, comfortable beds and to top it all,a cocktail party at the roof top....Thank you for the great service
I loved everything about the hotel, especially the rooms and the prices. My room overlooked the city and I had beautiful views of the Nairobi city from my room, especially during the nights. The hotel has tight security and the area around was safe. I strolled around a few times with my guide. I loved Nairobi in general and the spirit of the people around the hotel.
We recently held a conference in Nairobi transit hotel, the conference room is very professionally done. I also really enjoyed the food, it was wholesome and nutritious and the staff there is very friendly. I wouldn't mind spending more time there it really was a good experience.
The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious, fast internet connections. It's located in a strategic area...very near to the CBD and westlands(2KM). Very affordable prices.
I found the hotel to be ideal if you are visiting Nairobi with a small budget. The rooms are nice and mine had a queen size bed, neatly done. The hotel is close to the town and there are different activities you can do just close by. The rooms are quiet and the nights are quiet as well. I think it is a good deal considering their prices.
I loved the interior decor in the rooms. The rooms are designed beautifully with that African touch. It is important for me to 'feel in Africa' whenever I visit Africa. The rates for the rooms are very fair as well. The serve delicious African cuisine at the restaurant. The hotel however does not have a big compound around it but still very much ideal if activities you have planned are majorly outside the hotel. I had a great experience with the staff around the hotel as well. Very cheerful team to interact with.
I found the hotel to be pretty cheap when you compare with other hotel around the area. It is close to the cbd, you can actually walk to the hotel from the city centre. The hotel has really clean rooms and nice decorations inside. There is free wifi in the hotel and a TV in the room. The bed is also very comfortable and big enough. I only had breakfast at the hotel which was not bad as well. I am not sure about the other meals.
