Great reception by the staff the cab sent to pick me up was on time. The room is simple but sufficient, very homely and clean, the water runs great with plenty towels. Dinner is well airated and spacious though the food ordered takes 20min so prepare for the short wait. the menu is pretty limited in options.

Separate bar at garden area, varieties of restaurants, business center and caring people. Nearer to airport area budget hotel to enjoy stay. Buffet lunch with varieties of preparations for people like me to enjoy veg food. Good ambiance around

The hotel is nice, very accessible, has plenty of meeting space, and it is for a great cause as the Red Cross generate income out of it. The Boma Hotel is apparently of a slightly better standing than the Boma Inn. They are next to each other.

I stayed at the Boma Hotel last year and preferred it a bit to the Boma Inn, which is homier. However, the price of the Inn was more attractive to me than the modernity of the Boma Hotel, and it sufficed just fine for a place to rest before we started our safari. The driver met us at JKIA and... More

We arrived after a long international flight and so just wanted a rest prior to safari. It was perfectly situated between the J.Kenyatta international airport and the small Wilson airport from which our safari flight to Samburu left. We did not see downtown Nairobi as the Boma was outside the city, but we didn't really care. It had large, tranquil... More

Could not fault this hotel in any regard. staff were courteous, and made my children very welcome. Cleanlinesss was at a flawless level. We expect little from a room except decency and comfort, and both were in supply.

My company booked me in for a night en route to Masai Mara. Good, clean, efficient service; no frills, and when I asked them to keep my luggage for a week they did so graciously, at no charge, with a smile and an assurance it would be safe. It was. Pleasant places to dine just outside the hotel or in... More

A good, totally OK hotel to stay in. It lies very conveniently right next to conference facilities for those attending meetings there. Clean and nice, although nothing fancy, but more than the most basic hotels. Very friendly staff, very good gym next doors for guests, decent restaurant downstairs. The only big drawback was the slooooooow wi-fi. It's free of charge,... More

I stayed here for a week whilst here for business and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms fine, shower and bath with a variety of toiletries. Then a good leisure club with sauna and steam room plus all usual gym equipment. The service is friendly but slow - so just don't be in a rush. But... More
