This is my hotel of choice when I come to Kenya. From the moment you walk in everyone is so pleasant - friendly and helpful. Super helpful staff especially Panda the chef and Cynthia the waitress. Panda is super friendly and very accommodating and makes the most delicious food. He engages with all the guests with such warmth.Frida the guest relation is super attentive and is readily available to assist. Last but not least Pauline really went out of her way to make my room super clean and comfortable- service with a smile. Check out Social House on your next trip.. you won’t be disappointed

I stayed at Social House for 2 nights with a group of co-workers, and only wished I would have stayed a few additional nights as a vacation treat. From the service and the food, accommodation, facilities - everything was fantastic. The property is beautiful and well-maintained and every staff member is extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful with a special mention to Immaculate, Anne & Beautie. I highly recommend the hotel and will stay there again if I am fortunate enough to find myself in Kenya again.

I needed to book accomodation for my friend who was in town for a few days and decided to check out The Social House. After having a cup of latte at the coffee lounge, a very kind lady by the name Immaculate Achieng took her time to show me around the available rooms. She explained everything to me so well that by the end of the show-round, I had made the reservation. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for accommodation in Lavington area of Nairobi.

I had an amazing welcome from Ann Muchiri, Farheen Joseph Mathenge and Immaculate at the Front desk. Their smiles could tell that they were ready to offer assistance. We were heading for drinks at the Inca and they offered the a first hand taste of the experience we would get. This are the kind of welcomes that drive to come back at the Social house day in day out. my to go place all the times with the boys.
