I booked this hotel through expedia for an overnight stay on our way to a family safari trip. It is not matching at all its profile posted on the web, which was disappointing. It did not meet our expectation. The panoramic view of the city was good, though. The restaurant was not of good quality and there was only one...

This hotel offers apartment style suites with lots of space and balcony, in the city center with all amenities and services a short walk away. Rooms and furniture are a bit dated but they are maintained well and functionally in good shape. I like the hardwood floors and large closets, lots of space to put things and a separate kitchen...

My travel agent booked this hotel for me whilst on business. You get what you pay for in Africa. There is either very good and very crap. Chester some how managed to creep just over the very crap. Very basic but surprisingly clean. Small TV, small bed, little hot water and bad shower, WiFi worked well first night but was...

I stayed at this city hotel on numerous occasions over the last year whilst on business in Nairobi. The hotel is dated but the rooms are large and comfortable. The rooms are spotless and well appointed. There are kitchens in each room that allow you to easily cater for your meal requirements. The hotel has good security and you feel...

Stayed here for 3 nights on business. THe hotel consists of very spacious apartments that are however somewhat dated. Everything was however clean and functional and staff was very willing and tried their best. The hotel is situated very centrally in the CBD. The value for money (if there is such a thing in Nairobi Hotels) is good in that...

This is a very nice serviced apartment, It is well located in the Centre of the CBD within walking distance of some nice eateries. I was a bit concerned that many of the cooks were completely unaware of what the meaning of Halaal was - considering the number of international visitors to Chester House. I also found the Wifi to...

I love this place. It's a little older and there are always some snafus, but hey, this is Africa. But there's a sort of old world elegance to the place, something that you can feel rather than describe. It's a feeling of comfort and ease that I don't get at other places. The rooms are huge - even the Studio...

I stayed there for a week and will try it the next time. The benefits: 1-Locating in the city center. 2- A comfortable suite (80 m2) 3- Good security. 4- You can have guests as much as you can without any limits. 5- The equipped Kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Sink) allows you to feel at home. 5- Good quality of internet....

I stayed here twice recently. Although the decor is a little dated, the facilities are good. Very friendly and efficient staff. Located in the Central Business District, so shops, bars and restaurants are close by. The main city park is also very nearby. The wifi was excellent. The hotel also has a good restaurant. I would use this hotel again...

Overall ok, nothing fancy, but the rooms are spacious clean. God stuff inroom safe, ok you have to have your own padlock but still an essential thing that one should find in every hotelroom. Security good, guards downstairs. If you have guests they check with you (telephone)when they leave. The room was kept tidy at all times and the staff was...
