Words can't describe how Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport was. The entire staff was kind and supportive. Miss Frida, from housekeeping, made sure my room was excellent and stocked with water. Miss Stella always served me with a smile on her face. Ephrimn was the best. He works in the 24-hour cafe department. The hotel was clean and maintained also. I can't put into words my experience! Again! The entire staff was superb. They desire a bonus.

Another excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Kenyatta airport - thanks to the ever friendly staff team. Room and amenities were as should be. The restaurant remains very good, the pool lovely if occasionally busy around the bar area, adjacent to one of the sets of steps into the water. Lenna and Absolom in the Duty Manager's office were incredibly efficient and helpful with arranging pick up from the airport when my wife's flight was delayed coming in. For anyone in transit or arriving on a late flight and not wanting to head into town, this is a fantastic option. Our only suggestion to improve the all-round traveller experience would be to extend the 10am checkout time to maybe midday. 10 am is exceptionally early particularly for people who have an outbound flight in the afternoon. Airport hotels tend to have housekeeping staff on duty all-day given passengers coming and going at odd hours 24/7. So it wouldn't be a stretch to extend check out a few hours. Even the Hilton Garden Inn around the corner, where we've also enjoyed staying, has 11am checkout as standard - which still feels early. …

Crowne plaza is one of the best hotels in Nairobi. It’s near the airport which makes it easy to access the airport. The hotel is very modern and the room that wa I was given was fantastic. All amenities you could expect from a 5star hotel were provided. The bet part of staying in the hotel was the food and service. Staff are very helpful all round, food provided at the buffet are of good quality and a wide of options to choose from . Ritah gets my mention for her kindness, keen to details and friendly during her service.

Crowne plaza Nairobi airport is situated close to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. It has many facilities like restaurant, fitness center and outdoor pool. There's a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport. We recently spent a night at the hotel and was really pleased with the facilities and service. Waitress Ritah was helpful and pleasant. the accomodations were comfy and clean . Anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay close to the airport should definitely check out this hotel.

Stayed in the hotel for some days for a conference meeting. Extraordinary, clean and spacious rooms. The meeting rooms were always clean with all equipment needed in it. We stayed an afternoon here after our safari vacation, to get cleaned up and rest before flying home that evening. We passed through the gates to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to get to the hotel. At the gate to the hotel, a security guard checked under our jeep with mirrors. In the lobby they scanned our bags and made us get a claim check for a Maasai talking stick because they thought it was too much like a weapon. We were able to pick that up later when we checked out. We had a buffet lunch in the restaurant which was good. Our room was quite nice, clean, and comfortable, and bottled water was provided. Our room had a rooftop patio overlooking the airport road. To turn on the electricity in the room, you had to keep your room key in a slot just inside the door. The hotel had a small gift shop.…
