I’ll stay there again when flying through between flights. We stayed there 2 times this month. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Met our needs easily and the bed was comfortable. It’s not brand new but not run down either. Appreciated they have toiletries in the bathroom and complimentary airport pick up and drop offs.
From the moment you arrive at the premises, the friendly security guards usher you in. The ambiance is top notch and the decor eye catching. I headed over to the Tazama bar at the rooftop where I meet the bubbliest Barman, Bildard, who welcomes me to the bar. After a few small talks he suggests I try his ‘old fashion’ cocktail. This is now my favorite cocktail. *I recommend you also try the teriyaki wings, finger licking.* I had a great evening at the bar and kudos to billdad once again. Looking forward to visiting once again with my family and friends.
My fourth time here and I would come again. Great interior decor , comfortable and cost room that = to peaceful sleep. Not too large but just right ! All amenities provide for a traveler on transit. Perhaps a tooth brush and paste could be added Breakfast caters for a variety of cultures. Staff pleasant and professional
If you are looking a hotel nearest to airport, this is the one. We had stayed here before pre-Covid and again it didn't disappoint. If you are landing late in the evening or your departure is late in the day. This is really the best choice, for the money. Especially, if you are departing Kenya, as the traffic around the airport is horrific and you may miss your fight. The location is perfect, you never leave airport property and it will only be a 5 minute drive from hotel to airport terminal. The rooms have thick glass you never hear plans landing or taking off. The room is the standard that is expected of the Sheraton and the food in the restaurant is good with a variety of selections. Also, if you need more time in the room if you're flight is really late. Pass the check out time, requests more time at the front, the fee is very nominal.…
The hotel is nice and kept its standard well. The food was remarkable. The two days I spent there brought my Indian taste buds back. Appreciate the teamwork of the restaurant staff to get the best to our tables. Also, the staff was well accommodating during my stay.
Once again, I wish Tripadvisor would give a half star option, as this hotel deserves a solid 4.5. It was a great hotel, very clean and well maintained, It is about a 5 minute ride on the shuttle to the airport and very convenient to say the least. Make sure you contact the hotel in advance to request the shuttle before you arrive at the airport. Check in was very easy, staff was attentive and did their jobs quite well. They were also very informative about the area and suggestions for meals outside the hotel. The room was very large, very modern, and very well maintained. I was impressed with how new everything seemed. Internet was pretty good speed (able to download, stream, etc.). Meals for roomservice offered a pretty decent selection of world cuisines to choose from which was a nice touch. I strongly recommend the paneer dish which was very good. Prices were surprisingly low for a hotel. Breakfast was also very good downstairs. I would suggest the free breakfast option when you book. I would stay here again if in Nairobi. The hotel was definitely worth the price. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was a very solid 4 star hotel that provided exceptional service. Came with a large working out area and a pool to enjoy. I also noted a number of pilots staying there which typically means its a smart choice. My only complaint was I had sent a request through the phone app for additional pillows and coffee pods which unfortunately was not addressed. That is a very minor detail, however.…
I booked a day room at the hotel before my flight back to London. The check-in staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. I needed a document printing out which they happily did for me. The courtesy transport to the airport was an absolute godsend. Not only is it a one-on-one service which runs every few minutes, the wonderful driver will assist in getting you through the chaos at the airport terminal. It would have taken me at least a further 30 minutes without his guidance. I shall definitely book to stay here next time I'm in Nairobi.
A cosy hotel by the airport which provides 5 star comfort and services by their extremely helpful staff. I always believe a hotel makes its guests welcome by warm and welcoming staff, this hotel offers that warmth. The hotel has a very nice roof top bar and restaurant by the pool side. The open air restaurant is a delight, with a DJ and a bar, offers you views of the airport and the open park opposite the hotel. The cafe and restaurant has very warm staff who welcome you with a warm smile. Chef Mr Pandey has curated a buffet which suits all kinds of diets, Western, Indian and Kenyan. Ms Anna was really helpful and deserves a special mention. A special mention of the front office staff, Ms Nadia who is ever ready to help guests with information for travel, room change assistance and any information. The hotel has a good gym and steam facility. A good visit if you looking for a comfortable hotel and don't mind staying away from the city.…
I visited Sheraton Four points at Nairobi along with my parents. My mother visited the gym as she loves to be active. She was very well guided by Mr.Patrick. I have been working out in various gyms all over the world due m profession but I haven't seen a more dedicated and courteous gym trainer. Hail Mr Patrick.
This hotel is pretty great. It is within the international airport compound which makes it very convenient. Room rates are mostly reasonable. It has nice modern rooms with AC and has a REALLY lovely rooftop pool and restaurant. Great tasting food too! There is one downside - the prices for their food & drinks. It is outrageous for Nairobi standards. And even still outrageous for Nairobi hotel standards. As an example, a wrap (small piece of beef, tomatoes, onions, and lettuce is 1700 KES and does not come with fries or any other side. This is one example of many. Despite the fact that this hotel is frequented by international travelers, let's please not rip them all off. Great hotel otherwise and a GREAT place to stay to reduce travel stress before or even after your flight.
