The staff was awesome! Very helpful and attentive. Everyone wore a smile and was welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food at the breakfast buffet was great. There is lighted path to walk to the Carnivore Restaurant about 5 minutes away for an superb dinner. You could not ask for a better place to stay in Nairobi.

I just had a one night stay as had to catch an early flight in the morning. Very spacious room and huge comfortable bed. Taxi man was ready and waiting for me and was extremely nice. I was provided with a breakfast box as too early for breakfast. More then enough

I stayed for 8 days. Absolutely delightful staff who were always welcoming and helpful. The room and facilities were spotlessly clean and well set out. The only drawback I had was the food. I expected more from the meat. Asides from the brunch, where the meat was fabulous like Carnivore, the meat was either chewy or poor quality. I tried lamb from the buffet one night and literally could not cut it (the knives were always maddeningly blunt). Luckily the Nile Perch was delicious. The ribeye I had one night could only be eaten by virtually ripping t apart with the knife and fork. It's all an easy fix but I had higher hope for the meat dishes. The pork chops were OK, having said that. I hope to come back again, without a doubt.

It was a nice stay and staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. However, the rooms were cold and had to request for an additional blanket which took a while to come. Overall everything was goos as expected.

Hanging out by the pool is a sweet oasis. The staff is kind and welcoming. Evelyn took amazing care of us as we enjoyed our final day soaking up the sun after two amazing weeks of safari throughout Kenya. Check in is a breeze and rooms and comfortable and pleasant.
