Ibis style is a good hotel Near the Nairobi cbd, the prices are very affordable, easy to find hotel just 5 minutes drive from Nairobi cbd, the meals were good & Tasty and the staff are very friendly. but improve on wifi.
Best service ever! The food is amazingly yummy. Couldn’t go wrong with the choice of food plus the selections they have in place. It’s our to go to place for an evening hangout on Wednesdays. I would recommend this place anyday anytime! Josephine and team are incredibly the best team.Keep the spirit burning.
Loved the fish and the service was very professional. Will come back again for sure! Also the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the music playing from the juke box as well as the general atmosphere.
Was my second time in Nairobi and this time, I stayed at Ibis Styles, Westland. The experience was awesome. Staff were amazing and always ready to help. Took note of Annah, one of the Guest service agent, she is amazing and was very helpful. Overall, had an amazing time in Nairobi. Thanks to Ibis. Internet was good. Meals were fantastic. Waiters and waitresses were deligent and attentive to details.... Coming back on my next visit.
We had a good time at Kilele Nyama. Our host Helen and Pamela our waitress welcomed us well and were very hospitable and pleasant. Our kids enjoyed themselves too! Food was good and portions generous.
Value for money is my number one here. The idea of the small compact room compact shower. Breakfast is not the usual. It’s nice and different. The view on 7th floor is to die for especially in the middle of the night.
It was my first time staying at Ibis Styles Nairobi and I am very pleased that I chose this place..location is good ..safety and security is very strict and I felt safe during my stay ..the food was amazing! Friendly and helpful staff from the reception to the room service and the restaurants..I am definitely coming back to this hotel next time ..thanks again Ibis
Great service, Excellent Location, Amazing interior decor and great African art Warm customer service. The food is good, may be a wider variety of African cuisine Nice cozy rooms...but a bit small. Good breakfast
We spent several nights here at the start of our trip, getting up early to do tours and returning in the afternoon. Rooms aren't big, but it is more than adequate, completely comfortable. The staff here is incredible, from the security upon arriving to the front desk and the housekeepers. Breakfast was great with impeccable service and we were treated wonderfully by the restaurant staff every evening , and a special Thank you to Peninah.
We stayed at the Ibis Styles Hotel for a 10 day trip - combination of work and play. The food at the hotel is absolutely incredible! Rooms were comfortable and had everything one would need (except a closet). Definitely recommend bringing an outlet converter as there is only one international outlet in the room. A/C was great, water pressure in shower was wonderful, and beds/pillows were comfy. Service at the front desk, restaurants, security and cleaning staff were also exceptional (especially Eric who coordinated all of our conference needs as well as served us in the restaurant many times). Conference facilities had trouble accommodating a large group of 60ppl over the course of 4 days but made all the effort to rectify issues as they arose. Rooftop SkyBar had an incredible sunset view. Location is central to grocery store and mall as well as many delicious restaurants (Mercado and Fonda - Mexican and Inti - Japanese/Peruvian). Also a really cute cafe located just up the road from the Ibis (turn right outside of the hotel and its right across the street) called DevaVu - great live music and nightlife here at the cafe as well. Also a quick Uber ride to the CBD where you can check out the market, KICC building, etc. Market is located right across from the Reinsurance Building in the CBD. *Don’t take pics of any government buildings - it is against the law and you may find yourself being approached by an armed officer and being asked to accompany them for questioning 😬 All in all, a great adventure and work trip!…
