We stayed at Beit Sabee for 4 nights at the end of October before our Nour el Nil cruise. We loved this place! So much thought has gone into creating this colourful, rustic guesthouse. The rooms are characterful, comfortable and clean (we did choose one of the larger rooms). The bed is firm but once a duvet was added it... More

The rooms were beautiful and unique, the food divine, esp for a non-meat eater, (although the meat dishes satisfied my friend). Beds are firm, I had read on the website that they can add a duvet under the sheet and that made me perfectly comfortable and I slept very well. The breakfast, lunch, sunset view is spectacular!!! Eleanor and Enrique... More

First off I want to list the good things about this property. The view from the rooftop patio is gorgeous and it is a lovely place for breakfast or lunch (too cold for dinner when we were here.) The food was nice as well. Simple but good food was served for both breakfast and lunch. But the best thing going... More

Beit Sabee is a wonderful place to have a vacation. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights before embarking on the Nile sailing trip. The food, the views, the rooms--all were excellent. Enough cannot be said about the staff who really makes the experience what it is. Very easy to arrange transfers for tours and such as well--highly recommended.

Beit Sabee Hotel is a wonderful place to spend your time in Luxor. I went with a group of friends and it is the perfect place for anyone traveling with a group of friends but because of the private rooms it is also perfect for couples. We spent hours on the rooftop deck reading, eating, and watching the sunset over... More

We enjoyed a most memorable Nile Cruise & stay at this enchanting guest villa Biet Sabee in Luxor which is owned by the same family that run the Cruise Nour El Nil. Great food, courteous staff, a tranquille rural location with great rooftop views of ancient Egypt. Bernadette & Gary.

We traveled here with a group of friends and relaxed a few days before departing on Nour El Nil's Nile River Cruise (run by the same family & highly recommended as well). Great food, friendly atmosphere, spacious rooms with a relaxing and local feel. Great location for seeing the sights including Valley of the Kings. You can walk to the... More

This perfectly located hotel was lovely and full of character. The location on the West Bank of Luxor was much more quiet and authentic feeling than the larger, touristy hotels on the East Bank in Luxor proper. Whereas I quickly tired of the noise, constant barrage of street vendors and taxi drivers (who I totally understand are just trying to... More

We cruised the Nile for five days on Nour el Nil, the dahabiya Meroe, which is owned by the same people as Beit Sabee. It was fantastic in every way. The food, the staff, the attractions en route, the calm and beauty-- all were superb. One of the best vacations ever and unforgettable. The combination of do-owner Eleanor's French sensibilities... Nine of us, family and friends, gathered at this sweet small hotel in Luxor's West Bank (away from the noise and bustle of downtown and east bank), and next door to The Valley of the Kings. The hotel easily accommodated us in separate rooms, which are decorated with local and French flair by the helpful and knowledgable owner. Service is... More
