No wifi in the room, only at the lobby! No iron room is provided and you need to use their laundry service which definitely will be expensive! All the room heaters aren't functioning and it's freaking cold right now!

We only used the hotel for day use during a tour day in Giza after a red eye flight. The hotel is worn out and un-maintained. There are major structural cracks near the lift in the rear building. The common space carpets were filthy, as were the room carpets. Beds and decor looked (and felt) like it came from 1963....

The smoked filled lobby...

Stayed here for a week and got to say it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in Egypt. Not the actual hotel itself but the reception staff are the most rudest, unhelpful bunch of people I have ever met. No smile, no welcome, no eye contact. Everything we asked for was a no or don't...

The food was terrible the restaurant is small so u can barely find a place to sit And you have to pay for the drinks. I liked the room . But there was a lot of noise because of the weddings parties every night in the hotel until 1 am.
