I have reviewed Safir Hotel about a year ago, and I am reviewing it again because I think there are few things to add. Generally speaking, it is a nice hotel with good rooms and good breakfast! This time I visited the health spa, but unfortunately, the steam room and the sauna were both turned off! It was about 6...

Safir Hotel has the five star infrastructure, however the services and treatment is insufficient. My husband and I went there last week and we need to wait almost 1 hours in the reception. I recommend Dokki area its very nice, calm and near to downtown even with the traffic jam in Cairo.

We recently stayed for six nights at this hotel, in two different stays. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Room was not quite as clean as we'd have liked the first time we checked in. Second time was fine. Free wifi in lobby but alas not in rooms. LAN internet access in the rooms is absurdly expensive. Had some trouble with...

I chosed this hotel in Cairo because it was not expensive for a five stars and because it was away from Tahir square as I went during the protests for the new costitution. The room was big and the breakfast was nice as well. Problems came with the maids, it was really hard to get all the towels replaced, as...

I've stayed at Hotel Safir in Dokki, twice and had a great experience both times. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms and amenities are high end and the breakfast has a lot of local and international options. It is located in Dokki which is close to everything (close is relative in Cairo with traffic :p) . Will stay...

The Safir Hotel is one of the most fantastic places that we have had the pleasure to visit in our world travels. The accomodations are spacious and comfortable, there are plenty of ammenities, shops, restaurants, and bistros, and the hotel staff are some of the friendliest and most accomodating we have ever encountered! Make sure to enjoy a relaxing dip...

We enjoyed our stay enormously, especially after the bad experience at the Grand Royal Hotel ! The room was large and spacious with lots of desks, tables and chairs and perfect lightening. The bathroom too was perfect and up to normal standards. One night, we had dinner at the swimming pool and it was amazing : the meat had been...

Have stayed here before and still the place is very nice compared to other Cairo Hotels! Great Price for the value and one of the bests breakfasts of any Hotel I have stayed at anywhere around the world! Clean and nice rooms! Only drawback for the Hotel is that they need to either steam clean their carpets in the rooms...
