The staff were friendly and spoke good english. Location is near to metro, about 5 min walk. A value for money budget hotel especially for solo travellers. Food is cheap as well. Room is clean.

well where to begin.. the staff are friendly.. before you book anything ( tours) then if you dont want it they change... the internet cafe was brillian... the life didnt work and it is 8 floors up. CATS!!! they have so many cats.. and it smells like their excraments.. but all that aside it was a bed for the night.....

Fo us the Hotel staff were friendly and very helpfull. The restaurant upstairs was such a relaxing place and tefood was very good at a great price. I loved staying there and would definately go back and stay there.

I stayed in the New Palace Hotel last week and would recommend it to anybody. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were treated like family. The rooms were clean and spacious and the rooftop restaurant was lovely. We ate there every night and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the lovely ambience. I have stayed...

I loved my stay here and would definately recommend this hotel! the staff are great, very friendly and helpful, as is the owner! the location is brilliant, central but not too noisy. Our rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. I actually miss this place, particularly relaxing on the rooftop terrace! For the price, this hotel has the best value...

I spent about a month at the New Palace Hotel: not only did it have everything I needed - reliable wireless internet access so that I could work, privacy, quiet, and ready access to all of the city's pivotal spots - but I truly did feel at home there. The staff are among the kindest people I've ever met. Truly....

Our initial booking was for 4 nights, but we ended up liking it so much that we spent an extra 2 nights here! The free airport pick up was there on time which was great as, arriving in Egypt can be overwhelming and the last thing we wanted to do was negotiate a taxi! All the staff and the owner...
