A hidden gem in a very central location. Traditional Egyptian charm. Rooms were very large and comfortable and very quiet. Recommend room 23. Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Easy walk to the Egyptian Museum. Plenty of shopping and food nearby.

This hotel is absolutely charming - not luxurious, but there are all the creature comforts you need. And it has a lovely "homey" feel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with real character. Hamdi, the manager, goes out of his way to help his guests. And it's incredibly convenient for everything in central Cairo. The only trick is finding it....

In Downtown Cairo in a very busy area this hotel is quiet and very unexpected as around it seems like you wouldn't find such a nice place. Once you've found it down the side street and the somewhat hidden entrance, the old style elevator and rather unpleasant smell, and a slight feeling of worry that it's not going to be...

Centrally-located Boutique Hotel near Egyptian Museum but located in an area of many local non-touristy shops and restaurants. Located on the large 5th floor 1930's building with beautiful antique Egyptian furnishings in the breakfast dining rooms, library, and sitting rooms for all occupants to use. 24 hour desk. Hard to find location with no sign at side street entrance but...

We stayed in this very tastefully and charming hotel for 3 days in December 2015. It is very hard to find this hotel ( no sings of the hotel on the ground floor ) and it is in an unattractive alley that makes one wonder what to suspect from the hotel. This is a boutique hotel that offers only breakfast....

This is the best place we stayed when we were in Egypt. We tried larger hotels, guest houses and everything in between during the three weeks we were there and this was for sure the highlight. The hotel is a bit hard to find and is in an unattractive alley but once inside, you are indeed charmed. It is super...

This Hotel is very tastefully decorated and has an amazing charm to it. The staff is very helpful and warm. The hotel is centrally located in downtown cairo and a short cab ride to the khan market. The drawback is that for a mid range hotel - this one is a wee bit expensive. Also for the price we paid...

I happened to be the only one staying in the hotel the time I was there..... I loved the decor and old world feel of the hotel, and you really feel like stepping back in time. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help out. Hamdi, the in-house tour operator was also very flexible in coming up with...

Interesting hotel interior and friendly staff. Located near tharir square and museum. Breakfast is simple. A lot eateries and restaurants nearby so the daily meals will have no issues. Hotel good value for money. Rooms are almost sound proof from outside noise.
