there is nothing right about this hotel, in a terrible area dirty and run down just like the hotel, this was part of a package tour and was a disgusting start to the tour. Hot water takes more than 30 minutes lobby is dirty 3 times we had to have access card reset

Its okay. It's clean, bed was hard (I liked) and had an English language movie channel. Free breakfast and also restaurant on site. It's dated but most places in Egypt are. Low cost of room is great. Lots of hot water. Air conditioner has to play catch up when it first comes on.

This hotel is located in the centre of Cairo within easy access to the Egyptian museums, Cairo tower and the Nile river. The rooms were decent with working AC but the fridge was not working. The bathroom was good and clean but we had to get up really early in the morning to beat the rush and have hot water...

Helpful staff who made us early morning breakfasts. There is a fee for WiFi (24-hour card) although it doesn't always work. Metro stop is about a 12-minute walk if you want to visit the Cairo area (traffic is horrific for taxi rides). I walked around the quiet neighborhood and found restaurants plus convenience shops. Rooms are comfortable and fairly modern...

I stayed here as part of a tour for only one night. The rooms are semi clean, but the bathroom appliances are old and rusty. The lobby and elevator need major remodeling. In American standards this is a two star hotel. The breakfast is not good. The options are very limited. The bread and cheese were old. The coffee is...

We found the staff helpful and willing to feed us for our early starts They also got us a coffee. The rooms were a reasonable size and the bathrooms worked well. We were disappointed that wifi was not available free to our rooms. The beds were firm but comfortable.

My stay at Santana was pleasant. I had the Deluxe Double room and found the extra bed to be quite nice; it became like my living room/sofa, or well that is what I used it for. The room is nice and isn't too old (the same goes for the bathroom). I brought my own blanket. Did I mention there is...

We stayed here 5 nights as part of a G-Adventures tour. Our room was comfortable, attractive and up to date. It was the only hotel on our tour that cleaned and made up your room every day. The air conditioner worked great. So did the refrigerator. The bathroom was nice. The beds were comfortable. We had a little balcony. The...
