This hotel is very expensive for Cairo and yet the service is disappointing. You'll feel like a stranger no matter how long you stay. The Japanese restaurant is the only good restaurant. The Nile Breeze is especially disappointing as is the breakfast buffet. There was stale food on the serving line, especially during breakfast. The cheese and other meats were...

Was able to check in early without prior notice. First thing i noticed was that there was only one person at the (tiny) reception area. Despite some waiting time it was ok. The room is clean but the bathroom is quite stuffy and if you're Egyptian the shatafa might be quite annoying... which is strange for such a hotel. Room...

Good location, nice food at breakfast buffet. Friendly staff and great housekeeping. The view of the Nile from the room is spectacular, but comes with much noise from crossing boats at night with loud music. The building is old and rooms are small. Need to be more professional in arranging business meetings.

Good location in one of safe and high sense districts in Cairo, Zamalek. It could be able to walk in night time in safe. As named, this hotel is residence hotel, so a little bit sinple than other ordinal hotels. However, as for Japanese, it's quite good and useful that best geniune Japanese restaurant, Makino is in here. In night...
