Given the location of the hotel (5 minutes walk from COEX mall, 1 minute walk from nearest metro) I would say the hotel rooms are decently price. The street itself is very lively all the time given the prime location in which the hotel is situated. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff is very friendly.

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised with the facilities. It was clean, and bathroom was pretty good. My expectation was way lower coz I was travelling on a shoe-string budget it had a nice reception. The room itself was decent sized and it was ok to be barefoot, but only on the first day! It had a variety of...

Stayed here for 5 nights in September. The location is very strategic, just 1 minute walk away from the nearest MRT station and bus stop. Rooms including the bedsheets, carpet, and bathroom are basically decent, tidy and clean. Free internet in the rooms via LAN cable, wifi are available on the lobby. Staff were helpful and very friendly, a perfect...

Well..the room was great at the first place with a super huge tv. Clean and cozy after refurbished. Great bathroom with jacuzzi hot tubs...make us feel super excited to stay but after trying hard on the hot tubs...the jacuzzi cannot function at all. However, we still appreciated the hotel arrangement on the good stay at the guest room after figured...

Stayed here for 7 nights in winter. The plumbing is iffy and would start spluttering randomly (and noisily) and once the shower changed from warm to freezing cold water. The bedsheets were probably clean but you might get one with makeup stains or cigarette burns and it seems that housekeeping do not change the bedsheets daily. Staff is friendly and...

I stayed for one night . Bedsheet is dirty.. The bathroom is clean but shower is terrible. I almost burn by back badly because the cold water is very unstable...I will not stay here again. In fact I have no choice because my flight changed and the Hotel I booked for 5 nights didn't have room available so my Korean...

If you are a girl and you are a clean person, do NOT go here. Two other girls and I stayed here for a week, and we all agreed that this was probably the worse hotel/motel we've stayed at yet (we are pretty convinced that this place might be a LOVE MOTEL though, from what we saw). If I could...

I attended the World Voice Congress at the COEX and was looking for a cheap hotel in the area. I travel no frills, and the hotel is pretty much just a place to stow my stuff and to sleep in. I saw this hotel in the Agoda website, and, being only $47 a night, it seemed perfect for my modest...

Staying in Apgujeong / Cheongdam

Neighbourhood Profile
Apgujeong / Cheongdam
Aside from Sinsa / Garosugil, no other area in Seoul connotes the words “luxury” and “fancy” like Apgujeong and Cheongdam. Global luxury brands have set up their flagship stores here, catering to the neighbourhood's mostly affluent residents. It’s also one of the top areas in Korea (some say the world) for cosmetic surgery, attracting hundreds of thousands each year for a little nip or tuck. The other parts of Apgujeong and Cheongdam are mostly lavish residential buildings for some of Seoul’s most affluent alongside extravagant restaurants, bars, spas, and other spots for indulgence. And Cheongdam has long been a bastion for flashy clubs and parties, though in recent years, Itaewon has emerged as a strong challenger to those claims.
