LThe place was fantastic Especially its location. After arrival, We looked for place to hangout. There's a club called MADE right across , couple of blocks down from the hotel, you can find food alley. I got local travel info from bar guy (dude spoke english well) fron the pub name Loco 8 or something.- as long as I remember, it was on the 5th floor of the 2nd building you see from the food alley, food was good and their craft beer IPA was fantastic. They had nice terrace to enjoy the cool breeze of autumn. Anyways, besides all that, The hotel has good facilities you could use such as sauna, man you got to love it. So much more to be said but you book this hotel, you would regret. VON BOYAGE PEOPLE~!!
Great location and good value. Great walk to the bridge with great views!! Keep away from the rooms facing the Main Street. The bar/ night club across the street is very popular and can get loud at night. The breakfast was ok.
I stayed here 2 nights on business trip. Conveniently located especially if you have meetings in Cheongdam-Dong area, as it was my case. The limo bus from the airport stops literally in front of the hotel, the one going back to the airport just across the road. Fast check-in, spacious room although a bit dated, very silent. Comfy bed, fast internet. I would definitely stay again, also because very reasonably priced.
My only complaint about this hotel is that is not close to a metro station, so do expect to take taxis to get around. Outside of that, the location has many benefits: you are one street away from Seoul's high-end shopping and one block away from the front of the hotel is a street full of wonderful restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and the room was large.
I am a female and travelled solo. The airport shuttle conveniently stops directly infront of the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Great restaurants around. Very safe. Close to metro. Coex is also close by. Overall had a great experience here. The one thing that I would say that I disliked was the rock hard bed.
This is a very good Korean hotel close to Apkujeong and Koex. Very clean and sauna superb. I would highly recommend Sauna gas restaurant sleeping area theatre. I caught local bus here open 24hr it costs $22 cheaper if staying at hotel.
Stayed here for 4 nights for a company trip. We had to be at the Coex for an exhibition. Let's start from the plus points --- the hotel is in a very good location as it is very near the Coex, there are bus stops nearby, subway station is just 10 minutes walking distance and airport shuttle takes you straight there. The service is actually very good as well, despite their English is not very good. Now, we go to the minus points ---- well for one, it is a rather dated hotel. The external and lobbies are ok but once you step in the elevator, you know what I mean. The carpets look flithy, the rooms that are not classified as being in non smoking floor stinks (even if the room itself is supposed to be non smoking). The room and bathroom is unbelievably small. Lastly, the breakfast is pathetic. So pathetic that I'd rather go out, pay for my own breakfast in the nearby cafe. If given the choice, I will not go back.…
Location of hotel very strategic, room is not large, no bathtub, free wifi, TV, Hitter, hot water, but difficult to bring a luggage in lobby because no ramp. Parking on a basement. Service is very standard.
It is not bad. If you love to walk, you can reach a big shopping mall which is called COEX by walk. A Room is small but it may be standard here. When I entered in a room, i felled smoking smell though I was in non smoking room. It is anyway acceptable room if I think of the price.
Actually, the Prima is quite convenient depending where you want to be and depending on your budget. The airport bus has a stop here (returning is a stop across the wide street), the luxury shopping area is a few blocks west, the COEX conference is an easy walk (if you're not in a hurry and if it isn't TOO hot, otherwise a cheap city bus or taxi ride), an East-West subway station is a few blocks south, and a major bridge across the river to the city center is very close. The room and the hotel's rooftop patio were very nice, the breakfast was so-so for Western tastes but looked quite good for Koreans, and the banquet and banquet room on the top floor were fine in style and service.
