I really liked the location of this hotel! The staff was very helpful and helped me book tours to the DMZ. The tour bus came and picked us up from the hotel! It was an easy hotel to get to from the airport using the shuttle system. The bus drops you off and picks you up in front of the...

I stayed here with friends while visiting Seoul for a friends wedding. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are friendly (thankfully speaking perfect English as I know no Korean!). Business centre proved useful, and wifi is offered in room for a small fee. There is a metro stop within easy walking distance to get out...

This is my 1st time in Seoul, we come partly for business & leisure. The check in was easy & the receptionist spoke fluent English and was very polite. The room was extremely hot! Like Japanese hotels they only turn on the heating and stop the air con, the only way to cool down the room was to turn of...

Stayed in the Ramada in Seoul again after a very good experience earlier this year. Maybe it was due to unfortunate circumstances, but the experience was much less satisfactory than my previous stay. The check-in was smooth, but I was charged up front for the use of internet at 11.000 won for 24 hours. The room was similar to my...

Location of the hotel is fine. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. We were upgraded to the executive floor (14th floor) but during the night the sewage smell from the bathroom was terrible we had to end up putting a towel on top of the shower drain and on another bathroom's floor drain. People were nice...

Just returned from Korea and stayed one night in Ramada Hotel Seoul. I've been absolutely delighted. Check in smooth and frond desk friendly. I stayed on the executive floor 12. Room large, nice view, bed king size and the air conditioning heater very effective , could set it and worked silently. Bathroom clean and large. I had no dinner, but...

Hotel is a bit worn-out. Rooms large enough, park-side rooms have nice view. Badly smelling bathroom, smell also spoiling the atmosphere in the room. Somewhat worn-out and stained carpeting on the floor, room-entrance redone with bubbly dark-brown plastic foil. Window in the room can be opened but constant (airco?) noise outside on parkside. Large desk, free Internet-cable connection and PC...

My husband and I stayed at the Ramada Seoul for 5 days while he was here on business. It is moderate in style, but very comfortable. I would have to guess the age to be 15-20 years old. The only problem that we had, was that we booked a King bed well in advance, but all they had when we...
