OK, if you have children with you this is positively the place to stay. They have a Koren DisneyLand or the closest thing to it. In the basement you can eat in all sorts of semi-fast food places. It has all the shopping (or most of it) as the Lotte Seoul. I made this reservation by mistake and having no...

Staff are always warm welcome and the breakfast is really good but if your booking is included otherwise it is very expensive. the shuttle bus is directly stop at the hotel and lotte department store is just next to the hotel , and...

Whenever I travel to other countries, I have the habit of buying local prepaid mobile phone card. To my surprise, Korea was not the same, I just couldn't find anything like that. Tired from asking, I decided to go to hotel instead. Amazingly, there it was - a mobile phone laying there in the room for us to use. It...

Club floor is great, but you pay for it (210,000). Room was clean with safe, iron/board, wired internet, office supplies, tea/coffee, robes, slippers, umbrella. Hard bed. Worn, stained carpet. Hardly any counter space in bath (one of the basin bowls that sits on top of the vanity), so I moved the toiletries out. Bath/shower combo. Insufficient lighting to apply makeup....

What helps me to change my opinion is twofold. One is directly involves the actions of the hotel staff and the manager and other is the standards I witness of a hotel in same star classification I experienced in DC. Upon receiving my complaint, hotel tried to rectify the situation. We received a gret deal on our hotel room for...

Room are accpetable, and compare with the COEX Intercontinental, but the service levels are far apart. The Lotte is well staffed, and if you are Korean you would probably be well serviced, but to foreigners the poor language comprehension of the staff creates too many problems. Ammenities are ok, but not great. For business travelers they have a 'club' level...

Large hotel with good service. The hotel is easy reachable (direct bus connection from Seoul airports and metro station is next to the hotel). For business travellers the hotel offers all the necessary fascilities. For shoppers the hotel is connected to shopping centre and for families with kids an amusement park is connected to the hotel.

Walking into the Lotte World Hotel, one can tell, they care about appearances, beautiful and clean. Check in was quick and off to my room. Room was "ok", nothing to write home about. A few carpet stains in my room, and when they added internet connectivity that area of the floor is covered w a plastic board, strange. Location is...

The room is very spacious.. Stayed in a triple sharing room. Normally, they will usually add a rollaway bed in the room, but Lotte has a double and single bed, and with sufficient spaces to walk and open the luggages. Very comfy stay too
