While the location is within a 15 minute subway ride from Gangnam so it's not too bad of a location if you plan to travel to/from Gangnam area. Not a whole lot near the hotel but there were enough dining options nearby. Room was comfortable enough and spacious. The gym was quite big for a hotel one although the pool was tiny. The track on the rooftop was nice for a morning jog. Not the most welcoming vibe at check in but staff were efficient. The breakfast spread was one of the worst I had in a while. Along with the lack of options, they took forever to refill food or some just weren't replenished at all. "Today's bread" was dried up which was inexcusable as there is a bakery on site. Last kicker was when they refused to extend our check out by one measly hour. With the coronavirus scare, the hotel had to be more than half vacant and I felt there was no reason to deny the request. Then again, that is probably why they won't get many repeat visitors. With so many options actually in the city, no reason to stay here.…
For business is the best rate and the best service. Just outside you find a metro station which take you to the city center in 10 min. Inside you have a good restaurant a bit over price, nice Illy Bar, a convenient store Emart24 and a Bakery. Nice big gym and swimming pool. Wellness at the level B1 you need to pay extra but you have discount if You are hotel guest.
