Just back from a 6 night stay at L'Escape Hotel in Seoul. The hotel is situated in Downtown Seoul right on top of a Subway Station making it so easy to get to all the tourist attractions, shopping, nightlife and markets, The hotel itself is full of character, the rooms are charming and spacious with beautiful marble bathrooms. They really have managed to capture a sense of Parisian style in the heart of this amazing Asian city. There is a great bar on the top floor serving wonderful cocktails, there is a guest library for chilling out, and a secret den that serves beers and snacks. There is an on-site Starbucks Reserve which is ideal for breakfasts, superb coffees and a great view of the Namsan Tower. The staff are really good, super helpful, friendly and efficient. If you want boutique over the usual 5 star chains then this is the place to choose - go for it, you won't be disappointed.…
If u know how to enjoy hotel u must stay here! I Booked Atelier Suite Room for about 200$. Highly Recommend! 아틀리에 스위트룸을 약 20만원 중반 가격으로 예약 하였으며, 너무나 만족하게 호캉스 즐기고 왔습니다. 무엇보다, 샴페인 꼭챙겨가셔서 즐겨보시길 추천 Just see My pics
Nice hotel in very convenient position in Seoul with French atmosphere, although a little bit too far-fetched Rooms are comfortable and well equipped with wide bathroom The staff is very kind Good Chinese restaurant in the structure. Perfect for our business stay
The hotel was perfect with 5 star service and convenience. The staff were very accommodating especially Ludie and Sidney. Ludie helped me with my luggages and other request. The breakfast is limited but enough to have an energized morning. I would definitely come back here during my next trip in May.
Thank you L'Escape! Unforgettable stayed with my son and all staffs were very friendly and warm welcoming! The room was fabulous and quiet! My son was very happy with tent set up :) Special thanks to the team that they provided extra bedding for my son with no extra charge! He slept very well :) Huge bathroom and amenities are excellent! it was my first time tried tablet toothpaste, and I loved the place smells! Thank you again to the team that we will visit again for our next celebration!
Hotel is very CHARMING and crazy busy on weekends. The service is great - affable Mr. Kim looked after us excellently. He knew the best Korean food places. Must visit Hotel in the Seoul CBD. Great!
This hotel is located near Myeongdong (which although people say is a dead street as some shops have closed due to Covid, I still think it's worth visiting!). The area also has big departmental stores nearby and lots of food options. The subway access is also super convenient as it is right below this hotel. The service at this hotel was excellent although the wait for check in was rather long. But it is self-explanatory why this hotel is so popular! The decor and aesthetics of this hotel was also very unique and beautiful. Everything felt very luxe and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. We also saw that this is a pet friendly hotel which is definitely a plus for us although we'd never be able to bring our dog on a holiday to Seoul with us :( Front desk was also so kind to coordinate transport to the airport for us so we really did feel well taken care of. Overall, 100% recommend checking out this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Seoul!…
Amazing hotel with really unique and fun design. But the best part is the service and the staff and specifically Tony who helped us with what ever we needed, from renting a car to getting to anywhere in the city. Apart from the great location and the great facilities, Tony was one of the main reasons we came back for a short stay before we headed home.
I’m totally satisfied with everything. The hotel is cozy and private. The decoration is unique and seems to be taken care in every single details. The staff is nice, when I asked how to buy the hotel key, at the beginning, she said will cost money but then, she gave me as a souvenir 🤭 Everything in the hotel is customized and produced by Josun Hotel owner, so it’s very unique and typical. The hotel near Lotte Department, Lotte Duty free, night market, street food. Next time if I have a chance to come back to Seoul, I ll book this hotel again ❤️❤️❤️
Service separates the best from the rest. Upon our arrival from an overnight flight, I begged for an early check-in. “No. No early check-in available. Come back at 3pm, but go to the 7th floor reception for check-in.” After our weary pleading with any option for an early check-in, a room was found and we could check-in a few hours early. It helped us so much! The hotel and rooms are exquisite! Stunning decorations and top-quality furnishings. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The Genie room automation was a poor version of Alexa, but it would sometimes understand the “close curtains” command. The next morning the in-hotel Starbucks was open, but I could not sit there. Some private event, I guess. There is a Metro station just feet from the hotel entrance, which is one stop from the central Seoul Station. So beautiful hotel and great location. I'm not sure if early check-in is not as common as it is in America, but it seems petty to require a room remain empty rather than provide a service to your customer. It’s like bad service in a great restaurant. You often remember the lack of service more. Drop the bad attitude toward early check-in.…
