NO any reply for my complain. Me and my family stay at rakkojae last year with a 4-years old child girl. They give us a nice memories of our seoul trip. The workers is so nice, and brought some food for my little girl, and say hope to see us soon. However, this year since July of 14,we inquiry room again for our next year seoul trip, I say in the email our family will come again,we keep in touch in email. until now we have buy the air tickets, confirm the date we stay, But today I received Whoopi email and tell me can't confirm my booing because they don't welcome my 6 years old girl. how come? At my earlier email I tell whoopi we come with a child. if you dont accept child why not tell my in the first email? also why can we stay at rakkojae last year with my 4 yrars old girl? I told my girl we can't stay at rakkojae this year, because she is still small and they don't welcome you to come again. She keep crying and asking why??!! Really bad feeling and unhappy about your team!!
