This hotel has several good features. Its location is very central (next to the opera house) , the staff very friendly and en-suite facilities are available. Room 2 is probably one of the best as it has a street view and lots of light. The rooms were poorly maintained and are not properly cleaned every day. Breakfasts are somewhat basic...

The hotel looks nice and cozy from outside but everything rather neglected, not taking care of. Room was small. There is no space in the bathroom. It started with missing q set of towels. There was big blanket with the burned spot from the cigarette. The Duvet Cover was missing. I called the receptionist. She came and said that as...

The Opera Hotel is right next to the Opera House - newly renovated (it took about 6 years). It is also set back slightly from the main street through Tbilisi - Rustaveli Avenue - where there are shops, museums, and a 24/7 supermarket. The room I had was a good size, with a good sized modern bathroom, but it was...

Hotel Opera (Ipari) is a small hotel just off the main road in the centrre of the Georgian capital. Its location in unrivalled, and although it is in the heart of the city, it is quiet. The staff are invariably polite, friendly and helpful; and the breakfast menu, though not extensive, is of good quality. Facilities are not what would...

We stayed at the Hotel Opera located next to the Opera House on Rustaveli Avenue in close proximity to the art gallery, several museums and a short walk to the metro. Although not luxurious, our room was huge with a good sized bathroom and even a dressing room. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. There was no lift to...

The hotel location is superb. It will be better when the works on the road and on the opera will finish, as during my stay it was somehow unpleasant the surroundings. The staff is friendly with a reasonable knowledge of english speaking. Some details could be enhanced, like the room door that could be more sealed and some cracks in...

Unfortunately, the Ipari was a disappointment. The hotel is right in front of a construction site. The staff are unfriendly (I had to squeeze a 'good morning' from one staffer'). The breakfast uninspired. The rooms bland and uncomfortable. The hotel has great potential, but it is far from being realized. For now, it has all the charm of an Ikea...

Lets start with the positives - great location , and at 135GEL it is competitive with other low to mid range hotels. I was able to access my room at 7am after an early morning arrival which I appreciated. that's where the good stuff ended Negatives: Lots of them, customer service and staff attitude can be mixed at Georgian hotels...

Hotel Ipari is stright in the city center of Tbilisi few meters from famos Rustaveli Avenue and close to opera. From this hotel you can explore Tbilisi even walking as the city is not so big and only sometimes you will use metro or buses. Rooms even not too big are very nice and clean. Breakfast was was enough, dont expect...

It's located right off the main Rustaveli street. Rooms are OK, but do not expect any luxury. Staff speaks English, all rooms have TV, A/C and bathroom. Currently a building nearby is being demolished so it might get noisy.
