Hotel has good facilities for trainings and conferences, all equipment, fast internet. Very hospitable and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Lunches during 6 days of training never been the same. Location on the hill opens nice view on Tbilisi.

We were connived to Texan pop up BBQ venue which was organized at the Betsy's Hotel by the Management and Rusty. As much as BBQ's go back to bible times it certainly did not take Rusty as long to master this art and make it the best BBQ ever tasted in the country and beyond. Applying his kitchen secrets to...

Hotel location is ok if u don't mind to walk uphill. Breakfast is pretty good: omelet , natural yogurt, 2 types of cheeses, croissants and bakery is ok, coffee could be better, some fruits, sausages u won't be hungry afterwords. Staff is very friendly, hotel's pick up service at the airport is expensive. Better negotiate right at the airport with...

It is located up a slope so rustaveli square is 10 mins walking distance away but down a steep slope. Families with small children should be extra careful in the balcony area as the grills are quite wide for a small child to slip through it. The rooms which offer city view are much better as the other type overlooks...

I have stayed here with the family last year and this year. Both times the hotel met all my standards. Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms. I also love the unique style of this boutique hotel - so much different from the boring all-similar chain hotels. The hotel hosts the Prospero's books which is a great place to get a...

This was our second visit. The location is very convenient- 7 min walk to Rustavelli street, 15 min walk to Funicular. Rooms are clean and cozy. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Very good breakfast. Dinners are also very good. Will definitely return whenever visit Tbilisi next time.

The hotel has fairly big rooms although the beds are a little bit hard. Front rooms have a beautiful view on Tbilisi. Rooms have a terrace. Service is good, besides from during the night. Those men were not friendly at all. Good swimming pool to cool down when it is hot. Very good breakfast. Just a taxi ride ( 5...

This is a good hotel that could be great with a few added touches. It is in a great location albeit up a big hill from the city centre and even has a pool which can help a lot in the city heat. It is very clean and comfortable with a nice interior in the reception area and basic but...

We booked this hotel based on it's location on Google not knowing that Tbilisi is not a straight land. If you don't mind to walk up the hill than choose this hotel. For us we were traveling with a 2 years old kid so it was a little painful doing up and down twice a day. Breakfast was average as...

This hotel was great value for money. The location is excellent with easy walking into the old town and with lovely views over the city from the breakfast terrace. Lovely selection at breakfast. Nice decor, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Would stay again.
