Very well located just two minutes from the square. Very quiet. Tina and Zviad are nice people eager to help you. Modest rooms and breakfast. Ideal for people ready to meet other tourists and to find more about life in Georgia. Tine knows a lot about history, Zviad is fanatic opera lover.

Everything is just perfect about this place, the location, the rooms, the hospitality and the warmth. If i come back to Tbilisi this is the place i'm gonna stay at.The personal touch is so good, it doesn't look like you are staying away from home.

Tina and her husband were just wonderful hosts. I couldn't recommend this homestay more highly. Tina's husband picked me up from the airport - unfortunately he doesn't speak English, only Georgian and Russian, although the family is also learning Italian (the family have very strong Italian ties). Tina's English is very good, so there were no communication problems. I was...

“I followed the favorable NEW YORK TIMES review of Tina's Homestay on 4/1/15 (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/03/31/travel/a-cheapskates-cheatsheet-to-tbilisi-georgia.html?_r=0) and stayed 10 days with Tina and her delightful husband Zviad in May 2015. You couldn't ask for a better location; a couple of minutes walk to the Metro and Freedom Square. The place is very secure and clean; you even get a free hearty and...

Freedom Sq is 5 mins walk if that. Lovely breakfast provided by Tina. When I return to Tbilisi I will stay here again. Thank...

we decided to go to georgia and heard about the people's hospitality and warm welcoming. Tina and her husband were the best we could ask for. it's not a "five star hotel" but if you want to feel how a georgian family lives you'll have a great experience.

Tina's guesthouse is located right next to the Freedom Square, a short walk away from metro station. The house is located in a perfectly quiet sidestreet with easy access to both Rustaveli Ave and the Old Town. During off-season, I had the whole room to myself and the room was warm and clean. Bathroom is newly renovated. Breakfast is modest...

Her home is totally charming place! Situated right next to the old town. Toilet was just renovated, really clean and with the best shower during our quite long travel. Tina and her husband Zwad are lovely older couple who are really helpful. Tina speaks english and prepares tasty breakfast. Once again her home is like from fairy tale, beautiful place...
