Breakfast was decent albeit very oily (like everything in Myanmar). The dorm was spacious but had no aircon and had loud ladies outside the window very early in the morning. The staff was very friendly (and pretty). The internet was unbareably slow but they didn't charge me to use it. Location is kind of.far from downtown Yangon but the walk...

The problem with lonely planet recommended places is that they often become pretty bad due to their success. Staff was rude, food was inedible, room was dirty, wifi was not working... The room was 30 USD, so cheap enough, but not a good experience.

We chose the place because of its location and the free airport shuttle. The staff was super helpful. We arrived at 5:30am and could not get straight into the room. They offered us a great breakfast and did not make us wait too long for the room. The room itself, well for the money we paid .. it was very...

Staffs are helpful and friendly. We paid USD30 per night for a twin bed room with air-cond for 2 persons. Included breakfast and airport transfer. Located at a quite place and you can sleep tight. However most of the local people cannot communicate in english. Luckily we met a taxi driver who worked before in Malaysia and able to speak...

The highlight of Motherland Inn 2 is not so much the place itself (more on that later) but the services they offer and their staff - there were several really outstanding staff members who were so helpful, friendly and genuine. A very capable and efficient reception staff helped us to book our onward travel, transport and schedule right down to...

This place is ok - clean and easy to find in cheap taxi. Wifi was non existent which I gathered was a usual occurrence. Tried to charge is for using their pcs which we refused. As with anywhere in Yangon highly overpriced.i look forward to when supply catches up with demand and these hotels and guest houses buck their ideas...

Good location, still fairly central but away from the busiest hub of the city on what appears to be a quieter side street. Trust me, you would not want to stay in the busier parts of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was decent but do NOT order the prawn salad. Rooms were basic and clean, air-conditioned...

It's very difficult to review Mother Land Inn 2. My initial introduction was being checked in by a grumpy lady at 9pm. I assumed that she had a long day and was tired. I've decide since that she is always grumpy but I just avoided her and spoke to the other staff who are all lovely. I stayed in a...

It is quiet well located but it was very difficult to find for the driver. We turned in the city about 1 hour. Rooms are small but comfortable and bathroom is just ok. Food is not perfect but acceptable. They have very nice staff and helpful.
