Like everything I experienced I Kinshasa, it's average but expensive.... we had a 3-day meeting there. Food is ok but lack some variety. Beware of their chairs, they can destroy your clothes in no time...

It is a small hotel in the quiet area of town which was deemed to be safe. Its my second time in the hotel. Wifi is quite strong and the breakfast is also quite varied. Courteous staff but can be a bit slow in response to complaints and needs of the client.

I kept going back for the convenient location, but will rather brave traffic next time. The rooms just not up to standard, and I'm tired of dealing with housekeeping that only leaves one face towel after cleaning. Sorry for the friendly and always helpful staff, staying here is just not worth the other hassles.

I had only stayed here one night and I have another remaining, but I never saw the staff wearing Tchokwe hats.... perhaps tonight? Overall this hotel is OK, it is certainly presentable enough and when I arrived with the check-in staff helpful especially Guy who conversed with me in English and talked me through everything. The room itself was nice...

Once again I stayed at this establishment during my visit to Kinshasa three weeks back. I have to admit, Sultani now sort of feeling like a second home. Mind you, with one quirk in particular that is currently being attended to - the bathrooms.. Staff: service with a smile, and they attend to your every need. Side note: each day...

Staff: neutral...at best Room: subpar - mattresses and pillows need replacing (based on two stays thus far). Air conditioning works well. Rooms could use with a kettle, this was especially apparent when burning the midnight-oil (also, see pic of room service menu). Ensuite: Bathtub with shower head (water pressure is excellent and water warms up pretty quick). Note, there are...

Spent a week there, the rooms are smalls, good for one night. Not so much clean. AC noisying, it sounds like to sleep on an airplane. Staff polite. Situated on a road where you can't walk unless you want to risk to be aggressed by homeless.

The staff is very nice, caring and professional. My room was cleaned every single day and water put in the fridge on a daily basis. The food is very good. It is the place to eat if you need traditional Congolese food. They had the gastronomic week, with the chef Alain from Belgium, and the food was excellent. The hotel is...

I stayed here for over a week while on business. The hotel rooms are okay at best. They have seen better days. The bathroom had. Abut if an odour, the TV cable cord had to be manipulated to get a decent reception and the balcony was filled with the air conditioning unit. I was however thankful for the air conditioning...

Today I ate at the Sultani restaurant. The food was absolutely disastrous; it was the worse lunch I have even had. I asked for a simple hamburger. I was served a tiny hamburger, made of black meat (very old). It was just gross. But that's not all. The prices in the menu, which were already exorbitant, were not final prices,...
