For an international hotel, no one speaks English. No one knows what's going on, or where to send you. Not even the map they give you is good. The Concierge doesn't speak enough English to tell you anything. They forgot to tell me it was a national holiday so everything was closed. I arrived at night and ordered room service,...

My two friends and I were traveling for fun and chose this hotel for its location, price, and the fact it had a pool. Upon checking in, we were informed where the pool was located. However, when we went to see the pool, it was closed with a sign that said it was under maintenance . We asked the hotel...

Bad air conditioner and and the window could not be opened more than 5cm. Old facilities. Room's lights with problems as well. Noise from the street. They woke me up at 8am to ask when I was going to make the check-out.

We stayed at this hotel because ti was walking distance to the key museums and the center of the city. Rooms are outdated and no a/c.It is owned by the military and they will ask you if you are staying at the hotel all the time. What got me was that they charge you $20,000.00 pesos to use the pool.......

This is one very strange hotel, a mix of old and even older and worse. From time to time have a feeling i am in a horror movie. Let's start from the staff, staff is not actively being rude or something but they are not friendly either. You will not see a smile here. Hotel is in general overstaffed, think...

This was the finest hotels in Bogota but is now starting to feel rather tired. It's rather sprawling and to get to breakfast is a long torturous walk that seemed to go on for ever. Rooms are nice and I was upgraded but I was surprised that there wasn't even a free bottle of water for a Spire member. The...

We found this hotel to be weird - and not in a good way. It's a four star hotel, in a good location for walking to the key museums; but as a guest it feels more like a strange, rather haunted hostel where you have to do many things yourself; on arrival no one helped with our baggage (we were...

The Crowne Plaza is a very nice and pretty hotel. Our room was beautiful with a view of Monseratte. Walking distance to the cable car station. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Be aware that this hotel and much of Bogota is closed on Sundays. The hotel had 5 restaurants and only one was open. Also provided airport shuttles,...
