We've stayed here twice now and the first time we got a free upgrade to the master suite, all the way on the top floor with private terrace. Can't complain about that now, can you? except that the WiFi connection was extremely weak to non-existent and even when logged on there was more often then not no connection. We went...

We feel so sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied on your stay with us, our internet provider was doing some changes in the area, and this is why we had trouble with the internet. I have nothing to say but to apologize deeply for the troubles cause, we always try to fix problems quick but unfortunately there...

I spent there 4 nights, it is a new hotel, very beautiful, clean and cosy. The location is perfect - walking distance to all the important historical monuments and museums. The area of the hotel is safe. I was on my own and felt very safe. All the people in the hotel were so nice and friendly, I felt like...

I stayed in this hotel in December as I was looking for an alternative to the JW Marriott, both with regards to the location and price level. I found Case Deco to be a nice hotel, with good service. The rooms themselves are not very large, but you have what you need there. Worth mentioning is that it gets pretty...

We feel deeply sorry to hear that you did not feel completely safe during your stay in Bogota; Candelaria has change so much during the years and keeps changing. I recognize that it may not the place for everyone, perhaps if you are looking for a more modern place , this is certainly not the place to be, however if...

Hotel Casa Deco is a terrific hotel. The rooms are clean, large, and comfortable, including the bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is truly amazing. The location is great for a non-business traveler. Located in the heart of Candelaria, there are lots of restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions in walking distance. The neighborhood felt secure. It...

We stayed 3 nights here and enjoyed returning to our hotel each time. The area can feel a little intimidating but is as historic as you will read, like some places in Colombia a little common sense for your safety & you will not have any problems. We ventured to have dinner in Zona Rosa (recommend: audres DC) and the...

I stayed at the Casa Deco for 3 nights with my boyfriend back in February 2011. We arrived late (around 10pm) and was welcomed by Phillipe, who worked the night shift during our stay. After carrying our suitecases up the stairs, he kindly pointed out all the attractions on a map but also highlighted the parts of town we shouldn't visit....

We spent four nights here in early May and were very pleasantly surprised with almost every aspect of this hotel. Much has been covered in other reviews so we'll just highlight a few things: - The location is top-notch. We debated between staying in the more upscale but sterile Zona Rosa and La Candelaria and were very glad that we...
