When you leave the main airport doors, you will see yellow taxis to your left. These are safe to take, just make sure the driver turns on the meter. It should cost around 25.000 pesos or so depending on traffic. There are... More

At that time, a cab is probably your only option. Just confirm a price before you leave the airport. Check out the hostel's website to make a reservation. I don't think they check that stuff on here.
