I stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is excellent, the facilities exceeded my expectations and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. They have a lovely pool and bicycles you can use. I would stay here again :)

This hotel is a lovely oasis. The staff are all welcoming and helpful. It's possible to get a drink and have it in the hotel's living room or by the pool, and, of course, in your own room. When we were relaxing by the pool with wine, one of the staff, without our asking, brought over a dish of nuts.... More

Everything was clean and well kept. The front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, and the free breakfast was excellent. More than just some scones and coffee. They had bikes, beach chairs, and towels ready for free use. The beach was about a 5 minute walk, which we could easily do carrying two... More

The hotel is very cosy although in need of some update. Our room was #17, the last one so it was really silent. The breakfast was very good and varied. The location was central even in Punta where you always need a car. There were bikes in the hotel but they were kind of old and not in a good... More

Stayed here for 4 nights, small hotel with a personal service. Hotel has a homely feel to it and rooms are bright and airy.Staff are very friendly & helpful. They offer seats, towels & an umbrella if heading to the beach , which is a short stroll from hotel. Main shopping centre is a 10 min walk away. Peninsula is... More

Our stay at the hotel was incredible! Though the hotel is not close to the main atractions of Punta, it is located in a quiet and relaxing part of the city, perfect for getaway from all the buzz. The breakfeast was great and manager Marisol is a lovely person and tried so hard to make us feel at home! The... More

This is a fantastic little hotel. It was very clean and the staff speak enough English to communicate well. Great simple breakfast with fresh baked goods and outstanding coffee. They keep the breakfast out until close to noon so there is no rush to wake up if you have had a late night. It is family run and they are... More

Couldn think of any other better option. The hotel was amazing, super duper clean, confortable room, very warm and really gives you the feeling like home. Unfortanally for me, the weather didnt help me in my first visit to punta del este, even thou it was spring, felt like winter (it was freezing), anyway its a 9 for me. The... More

Very peaceful stay, and the family running this hotel / bed and breakfast could not be any nicer or more helpful. The building is very attractive and unique. It feels more like a lodge experience you would have in the mountains (hence, 'chateau'). It is location just outside the core center of Punta del Este in a wonderful residential neighborhood.... “I recommend sitting outside for breakfast. The setting is very peaceful. There are many rooms located in a 2-level wing in the back of the hotel, facing the pool. I would request a room in this area of the hotel. We stayed in a room near the front of the building near the lobby / check-in area. While it was NOT noisy, it did have the potential to be loud (we had stayed during low-season). So, this is just a suggestion - not a criticism.”
