We visited the hotel, and stepped into SIDEKICKS restaurant. The menu was great, the location overseeing the theme park was amazing, but what was phenomenal was the staff and the service. The staff picked up that it was my wife's birthday, Without us expecting, we were surprised with a cake and a candle for my wife, as a gift. It was an amazing gesture, we are hooked.

Excellent stay, welcoming staff, across from WB park. Kids enjoyed the breakfast at the sidekicks restaurant. Pool at first floor was great for kids, life guards around all the time. Daily free admission to one of the parks was a nice perk. Room were clean and nicely maintained.
