We recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend and look forward to returning. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check in anyway. They explained where everything was and asked about dining options for the evening. Our room was initially a different room than we booked, but this was because we checked in early. After speaking to the staff, they moved us to a new room while we lay by the pool and delivered our new room keys to us. We had some nibbles ordered to the room and asked for an additional ice bucket in the room and were provided one quickly. The room was immaculate, with all the usual facilities, great views and a turn-down service. It was comfy and a suitable temperature thanks to the powerful AC. If you’ve never been to the hotel before, a few drinks in Ray’s bar overlooking the city with panoramic views for sunset is a must. For dinner, we went to VaKaVa and had a delicious steak! Service and food were both excellent. For breakfast, we went to the breakfast buffet, which has everything you can think of! We were welcomed by staff during breakfast, used our names and gave that personal touch. We were also offered a late checkout which allowed us time to relax by the adult-only pool all afternoon. We really enjoyed our weekend, the hotel provides a great variety of restaurants, note! do not miss some drinks on the rooftop lounge ! In the afternoon we relaxed in lobby with live piano music. The staff is very polite and attentive. Room service is super quick.All in all great stay!

The staff are hospitable and friendly especially the receptionist. Rooms are also nice and beyond expectation. Breakfast selection at Rosewater was also good especially there array of pastries and bread.

To the whole staff of this hotel a wholeheartedly thank you for looking after me during COVID isolation. It was unfortunate I tested positive on arrival but the hotel looked after me in the best possible way... even if I couldn't make the most of my stay in Abu Dhabi I am almost fully recovered and will certainly be back in the near future.

Beautiful hotel, very nice and friendly staff, beautiful location! The rooms are spacious modern furnished with a view on the iconic corniche Abu Dhabii. In the hotel are 12 restaurants so it’s not necessary to go outside the hotel to eat or have a very good drink. The staff of Conrad AD it’s an additional value for this luxury hotel. To the nahaam restaurant the servis is very friendly as well to “lillet pool bar”, restaurant “Sole” or breakfast restaurant “Rose water”. Thanks to Andrea, Gandip, Linda, Vanesa, Bob etc. the stay in Conrad is very pleasant!

We visited The Conrad Hotel in Abu Dhabi for our anniversary and my birthday. It was a real nice experience. Especially the service from the concierges. Antony made sure that we had everything we needed and surprised us with fruit, sweets and drinks in the room to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. There were some small things with the room, but the team lead made sure to check with us if all was well taken care of. Overall a great experience with magnificent service.
