Hello dear I wish you had a great day , first of all I will be honest,I just checked in in the W hotel Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates ,so I meet some one I really don’t know him but first I thought he is duty manger look like , as position ,so he great it me so kind even he don’t me as I’m a loyalty member as an ambassador for Bonvoy ,so he asked about my trip and these kind of question ,and was so help full with every one I saw when I left his name is Mando,I would give this guy 100/100 everything.

Well this has been one of my best hotels stay so far in UAE! And I have been around few times. As a business traveller you are always looking for the place to be called home away from home and here I found it. The design as a start, very unique, the reception so welcoming, the services, the personnel, the rooms! Gorgeous especially the one I was given overlooking the Marina, the manager, Maria was quite thoughtful and also very eager to please. The food experience to top it all, nice menus, choices and freshness not to forget the special cocktails and specifically the one created by JIRO with a japanese touch, the W Vermouth, ought to be tried… Hope you will enjoy it as much as I do! #wyasmarina

The service fantastic the staff Mr Prem the House keeper supervisor was a dedicated and committed staff of the hotel. He was vey nice and friendly. Its my pleasure to state that hotel service at Nirvana is one of the best around Abu Dhabi. I hereby recommended every guest coming to UAE and especially Abu Dhabi to please patronise Hotel Nirvana.
