We had a 6 night family holiday at the Rixos and it has been our favorite holiday to date! The hotel is like a dream, everything is beautiful, the hotel is big everyday we found a new thing to explore and the staff are so attentive. I am already booking our trip for next year. Rooms- By far the best room we've ever had, the decor is amazing particularly the bathrooms. Beds are so comfortable and are cleaned daily. Special thank you to Jinky who cleaned our rooms and made beautiful towel animals! Service- This is what makes the hotel, everyone is so kind and helpful and can't do enough for you. A big thank you to Imitiaz in the Turquoise restaurant, Rose in the Italian restaurant and Kim in the Asian restaurant. Such kind and wonderful people we can't thank you enough! And also reception who were so accommodating of our early check in and late check out. Food- Spectacular food! Breakfast, lunch and dinner is 10/10 so much choice, top quality food. The a la carte restaurants are amazing, our favorite was the Pan Asian! Each restaurant is nearly 5 courses, your plate is never empty your glasses are always full. The cocktails are top tier its fine dining! The pool has constant drinks service not to mention brought to you on roller skates! Thank you to the girls at the pool I'm sorry I have forgotten your names but you were amazing! Pools- There are 3 pools, the main one, the spa one, the wave pool. All incredible! We were spoilt for choice and didn't want to leave. The beach is a natural beauty, it is so well kept Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we can't fault this hotel at all. Hopefully we will see you next year! Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat to anyone. Especially for families and kids.…

Getting to check in was smooth and the sea view from our room was great Staffs are attentive and I would love to give a thumbs up to those roller skate waiters and waitress , Greatings to One mr chinthaka gave us a took care of us and a dude named Micheal who noticed and gave us an exceptional service right from beach bar to the pool bar the dinner was second to none and the signature bar was worth it. , Each restaurant we visit has its different cuisine and that made staying in saddiyat island superb. Art of a building , and it looks lively each time we wake up to grace the beautiful sea view and its cosiest nature I will highly recommend Rixos for those who wants to experience all inclusive with a five star service

My sisters and I spent 3 fabulous days at this hotel. The hotel is stunning, service fabulous and the food is delicious. We used the beautiful spa and the beach and pool are immaculate. We stayed in a room with pool access and honestly it was stunning. The bed was huge and comfortable and the shower was perfect. The amenities are a very nice touch. We did have to ask for extra towels and dressing gown more than once and we borrowed an iron but they didn’t bring an ironing board with it, which was odd. The hotel advertised 6 restaurants and if these exist, they are hiding them well. We found two. The main buffet (where the variety and quality was excellent) and a restaurant by the pool which we didn’t use (it was mainly burgers, etc. which we didn’t fancy). The bar by the beach is fab but be warned a lot of the wait staff don’t understand english very well, so you do need to be extra clear about what you want. It is pretty difficult to book the a la carte restaurants and activities and this shouldn’t be the case, this was the only disappointing thing at this hotel. Also be warned that dancing is prohibited in Abu Dhabi so the ‘nightclub’ is more a lounge to have a drink and listen to music. Overall this is wonderful place to stay. I’ve already booked again!…

We are sorry to read that apparently you were not properly informed about our all inclusive package ad the 6 outlets we have in our hotel ( our three a la cart; Aja with Japanese cuisine and Teppanyaki show, L'olivo our Mediterranean Italian restaurant, Mermaid our idyllic seafood restaurant over looking the sea, the Aqua bar close to the kids pool where you can order food during the day, the people snacks bar which is in the main pool restaurant and finally our buffet restaurant where you can have your 3 main meals during the day, although this information is reported both on our own website and upon check in in with the welcome letter and in room information, we encourage you for a future occasion to contact us on our website for the relevant information on the hotel of your choice to make sure you enjoy the facilities while staying with us. I don't normally do reviews, however on this occasion it was a must as this was the most amazing hotel and the staff went our of their way to make our stay extra special. From the moment that you walk into the hotel you can fell how luxurious it is and everyone at Rixos hotel, be it reception, restaurants or pool side, maintain a very high level of service simply amazing! This was our first stay at this resort and we will be coming back again for definitely. I cant recommend it enough.

I do not normally do reviews. However, on this occasion I felt it right to do so. This was the families second visit to the Rixos Saadiyat island Abu Dhabi. Once again it did not fail to impress. The standard of furnishings remains 5 star throughout the hotel and of course is fully air conditioned. The whole team at the Rixos hotel, be it reception,restaurants or pool side, maintain a very high level of service and efficiency which is a wonderful ethos to have in the tourist industry. Our previous stay was during a religious festival so naturally there was no evening entertainment. However, on this occasion every evening the restaurants or the beautiful open air concourse had live music. So all in all a great place to stay,relax and enjoy

Unbelievable how nice this hotel is, sheer quality, staff can’t do enough to please you. Heat is 40 degrees but it’s manageable with getting the sun and in the shade on sun lounges We were in a group of 5 adults from Liverpool , we stayed for ten nights and didn’t want to go, last day today June 25th Top brands for shorts and cocktails , top choices for food and quality Beautiful beach and beach bar on the way down Patricia, guest relations was very very helpful, irene the waitress in the lobby bar really looked after us, and Vikas Singh who works in the Asian restaurant was superb in looking after our food menus ,also yagmur the waitress at the pool bar was superb, well done staff, superior quality x Can’t wait to get back

Check in was smooth, quick with courteous professional welcoming staff members, especially Santos. Our stay was faultless, we had a deluxe garden view room which was spacious, comfortable with more than enough accessories for any traveller. Minibar and refreshments were replenished everyday, and the room was kept immaculately clean by the staff member. Food and dining venues were excellent, with an abundance of choice to suit any palate. We enjoyed all of the al carte including the Tapanyaki (Huge thanks to chef Alex) We thoroughly enjoyed all of our meals in the Turquoise restaurant, and were always looked after by Naff and Remy, 2 members of staff who I'm sure are future managers/supervisors, a real credit to the Rixos team. Bar service in and around the pool including the beach bar was fantastic, the team were incredible led by Jerby who has customer focus to perfection. No resort could run to that level without well managed infrastructure, which include all the unseen staff from gardeners, cleaners, dish washers, maintenance etc. To this end we would like to mention just a few who made our stay memorable, these include; Roller blading trio Sasha, Yagmul and AJ. . Chintaka, Esye, Chevat and Didem and all the beach bar staff, including Fernando with the towels. A bar and staff member not to be missed is Rodney in the Orient bar, an ideal place to watch the sunset, and great mixologist. Communication prior to and during our stay was exemplary by Guzel the reservations team. The only negative is the fact that there's only 1 pool, which at times was packed with children due to the fact that some parents are far too selfish to take them around to the amazing water park (3mins away from the main pool). All in all this was an amazing experience from start to finish and we will definitely return.…

We arrived quite early on the 19th of June knowing that check in was at 3pm.we got our room at around 10.30am.The hotel is outstanding in all respects The staff really make this hotel very special.
