We stayed four nights and The hotel is in the middle of hamra area.. Maybe this is good thing. And another good thing the bed is comfortable. But no safe box in the room and bathroom is not clean and need renovation. The towels are not clean too. The breakfast was ok but not a good varieties and the food...

Worst staff hospitality ever, the receptionist was very rude with us, even if they had a tiring day at the hotel, they should never lose the decency in greeting their new clients properly; therefore we lost the "at home feeling". Except for The bellman, who was very helpful with all of us. Yet, I will never come here again, EVER!

Needing a bunk to stay in before a late flight out, the Napoleon offered a good and comfortable place for a 3 hour sleep. Can't say much more, but looked decent enough. Basically a twin to the Mayflower

I stayed there for 1 night during a workshop held in Beirut. Pros: -Situated on a quieter side road outside Hamra's street buzz -Comfortable bed in a decent sized and clean room -Less than 1 minute walk to coffee shops, shopping facilities... Cons: -Old hotel (The lifts need serious refurbishment) -WiFi is paid which is odd from a 4 star...

Breakfast is included in charge. The team is very friendly and thank you for Guy who help us to feel at home and welcome us. I...

Me and my wife were very lucky to stay for a night at Napoleon Hotel while we were in Beirut this Fall. We had a screw up with a reservation at another hotel, and thankfully Napoleon had room for us. The hotel upgraded us to their top suite and it was nothing short of luxury. I'd recommend this hotel to...
