Stayed at this hotel for the third time . The hotel is excellently located, the staff is super helpful, the food is great, the rooms are decent size and neat and clean. Full marks to the hotel and its staff, would recommend this without a doubt. Breakfast is not elaborate but enough.

Rooms are very comfortable and big, I had one bedroom apartment. Breakfast in the hotel tasty and varied. Perfect location: good restaurants nearby and inside the hotel, great Iranian delicious sweets&nuts shop 5 min away the hotel.

Having tried all of the substandard hotels with poor service in Tehran, I discovered Raamtin Hotel and stayed there 17 times since then. Very clean, spacious rooms with a working table, minibar, safebox and a DVD player. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location.Currency exchange across the street. Plenty of taxis passing by. Best buffet breakfast I've seen anywhere in Iran....

The staff here are lovely especially the young women in reception. I asked for a guide to see the city and was sent a gentleman called Kambiz Madanipour. Easily the best travel guide I have come across. Ask him to help you experience not just see Tehran is my tip!

We stayed here three nights in total and had a great relaxing time in Tehran and the Raamtin hotel. Hotel staff is excellent, professional and very friendly in answering any questions you might have. The hotel is located a bit up north, but one can still easily reach all interesting tourist sites.

Of course, first of all good location - Vali Asr avenue. Secondly, absolutely fresh hotel, well designed. My room was double bed - quite generous size. However, the lobby is a little bit modest, which suggest does not matter. Altogether, it has 5 floor and 10 rooms in each. Breakfast is perfect. Have seen Gym - small, but again quite...

Good location in Tehran to easily reach the city center (metro station around 10 min walking), a park nearby and some restaurants. Personnel is friendly. Room a bit old style, fitness room is small but nice to have it, breakfast is quite good. The hotel is ok, personally I found it expensive for what it is, cause there's nothing really...
