it was 2nd time for me to stay in this hotel. Quite and nice, ppl were polite and everything was ok. But internet connection was really bad. I wish there was wire connection in the room instead of very slow and limited wireless connection.

Dear valued guest, Unfortunately your stay coincided with the installation of new WI-FI network. The installation of the upgraded system has now been completed, so during your next stay you will hopefully enjoy undisturbed signal in all areas. Kind regards, Matthias Hellweg

Most of the staff at the Hotel are very helpful, except that nearly every time I stayed on the Non-Smoking floor, there will be a guest smoking next door. Instead of moving the smoker to the smoking floor or reminding him/her not to smoke, the house keeping staff knocked on my door and asked me if I wanted any air...

We stayed at Ramada for a couple of nights. They provided free shuttle service from Airport which is great. Once arrived we have been given a deluxe room facing the road: too noisy! At our request they changed immediately the room without any objection. The hotel is quite old although the lobby was renovated recently. Rooms are outdated, but clean....

Currently staying at the Ramada for a few weeks for work and whilst it is good value with respect to price and location to restaurants, the internet is so bad that I am left frustrated as it is always dropping out. If the internet was ok I would of given the hotel three maybe four stars as the bed is...

I checked in at Ramada, Adliya on 3rd April around mid-day. The building is a bit old but the finishes and furnishings are well maintained or have been refurbished. They have a nice lobby too. I guess it is perfect for couples as it was quiet and not that crowded that day. The room where I stayed is quite OK...

I stayed at this hotel recently for a few hours while in transit. Check in was smooth and efficient. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room it self was comfortable enough but the bathroom was very small. The decor in the bedroom can do with an upgrade. The current decor gives it a very dated and tired appearance. Room...

The lobby and restaurant for the hotel are very posh but looks can be deceiving. Upon moving up to the first floor it was like stepping back 20 years! This hotel is in desperate need of a makeover inside and out. Made 4 complaints about the fact that the WiFi was so slow that you couldn't even message from WhatsApp!...

The Ramada is an excellent hotel. Situated in a good location. The food, pool, bar and entertainment are superb. The only fault with this hotel is the room decor and toilet facilities are a bit dated but all in all I would definitely be back. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thank You Ramada. Cheers Chemical Bob.
