Good customer service...value for money but hotel is bit old. Staffs are quite good, complimentary airport pickup and breakfast. If you are looking for value for money stay then this is a good hotel to stay.

Nice quiet place. Away from the hustle and bustle of the City. It has a good view and has nice places to try out nearby. Great food in the inhouse restaurant too. Was there for two nights and like the stay

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel in the beginning of September 2015. It was overall a very good experience and I recommend this hotel absolutely. Check in/out: I had a warm welcome and see again at the Front desk. Very friendly personal. Asked for the next Grocery store and they provided a guide to show me the location....

Due the nature of my job, I traveled constantly and to different countries. I have stayed at numerous hotels from different franchises. They all have been upfront and straight forward when it comes to the rate of the rooms, extra charges or other services not included in your initial reservation. Ramada Hotel in Bahrain is an exception to the rules...

It was at the onset of summer, when work dictated us to go to Bahrain, where the law forbids you to be outdoors in peak summer. We reached Bahrain in the evening and checked in at the hotel after some time. The entrance lobby was spacious. The reception staff was quick and the paperwork was over fast. The location of...

Clean and pleasant hotel. Staff helpful. Gave us late checkout on request. The breakfast was good and the restaurant was nice. Room service was OK. Would stay here again. Only negative is the décor is a bit dated.

I was only here for 2 days, but had none of the issues previous posters listed. It's not the newest hotel, but so what? It's in a great location and has airport pick up. The rooms are an adequate size and clean. I never had an issue with the internet. Also breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel of this...

it was 2nd time for me to stay in this hotel. Quite and nice, ppl were polite and everything was ok. But internet connection was really bad. I wish there was wire connection in the room instead of very slow and limited wireless connection.
