We had a 6 night stay and the hotel met most of my expectations. Its within a very good area, very quiet, clean environment, spacious rooms with good bathroom facilities. The curtains are well done and hence do not allow light to come into the room. The staff are very courteous and the meals were very well done. They provide a variety and very tasty. The gym is small but yet very functional. The sauna was however, not working at the ladies gym but otherwise lovely. I loved the stay.

Large rooms, larger bathrooms, huge showers and a bath …. Well the rooms vary a little but all are sumptuous. Great breakfast buffet with mix of Arabic and Western dishes. (A bit slow on egg desk). Don’t expect your checkout to be extended past 1 p.m.
Conveniently centrally located midway between the ‘potato peeler’ and the ‘globe’ and within winter walking distance of both; several metro stations are a few minutes’ walk away (proximity to metro will be a significant differentiator for many when the system opens in a year or so).
Heating/airco could only be set to ‘airco’ mode - I found the easiest solution to avoid being too cold was simply to turn it off (others travelling with me changed room). Needed own plug to wash laundry in sink - hotel plug didn’t quite stop water outflow. And then removing the plug caused the flow rate to exceed drain capacity leading to a wet bathroom floor. Nespresso machine came supplied with decaf pads only (but room service were obliging ….. ) None of these in themselves a problem but the mindset which allows such lack of attention to detail is a bit sub par for this grade of hotel.
Still, overall to be recommended - I would stay here again.

I came here to join the weightlifting competition about 18 days. From start until the end of competition i received many good take care from Basheer. Such as Room cleaning, Preparing the accessory in the room like coffee or water, Sometimes i hurry to go out and left anythings on the grund or bed. When i came back i found he does my room very nice and orderly. He has a good service mind and friendly.

We stayed for 3 nights and booked what the website called a “spacious guest room” but when we got to the room it was plainly an entry level room (and just looked into an inner well which would be extremely dull) so had to go down again to reception trailing our luggage, which wasn’t a very good start. Otherwise we found it a comfortable hotel, our room (the correct one) had all we needed including a bath as well as a shower. The breakfast buffet was very good. It was very pleasant sitting out in the open air lounge/bar on the 3rd floor enjoying a mocktail and sharing a small plate. We would have ordered another drink and more food but the service was very slow, even though hardly any customers. Several coffee and cake cafes in the vicinity but we couldn’t find a proper restaurant.

I visited this hotel as the first couple of nights of my group tour of Saudi Arabia. Its is way above the comfort/luxury level that I usually stay at so that was really nice !!
Its a lovely modern and clean hotel, rooms are a good size and I had a nice view over the pool side of the hotel. The only comment I have about the room was that the light switch panel seemed to be a bit un-userfriendly, and that was a comment shared by other travelers in my group.
The womens gym is separate to the mens, as is common, and was sadly lacking compared to the facilities that the men have. I understand the custom of this, but in what I would say is quite a westernised and expensive hotel, I do feel that this should be looked at in the future.
The breakfast was one of the best that I have experienced and I have been to many countries, but it seems to be on a par with similar rated hotels across Saudi.
A fairly good location in Riyadh, but in general Riyadh is quite spread out, so it really depends on where you need to be.

My company held a week of training in one of the meeting rooms, including break service and lunch. The rooms were clean every day, and cleaned a couple times during break each day, and someone always checked if everything was okay or if I needed anything. Ex: I asked for an extra flip chart page and got one in 10 minutes. Wonderful selection of food for morning and afternoon breaks, including fresh fruit, juices, coffee/tea, sandwiches, and desserts.
The all-you-can-eat buffet in the mezzanine level restaurant was spectacular, wide variety including Arab, Asian, Indian dishes, and soups, salads, and so many desserts. The service was great as well, thank you to Monir, Mary, Ahmed, and Ashad!!! Note: although the buffet was set to end at 3:30, my team was allowed to stay past (we went after training ended at 3pm). Monir always offered me the opportunity to get another plateful before they started taking down the buffet.

Hotel is well maintained and plush in a good location. Rooms are clean and modern looking. The staff could be more warm and welcoming to make you feel more comfortable - this includes greeting when you enter or wishing you when you are leaving. Didn't notice in Guest Relation Manager or Concierge services

Hi PiePie,
Am not sure if the hotel has lady Saloon, but there are nearby ladies Saloon opposite Akariya Compound which is 10 minutes walk or 3 by taxi.
The breakfast as far as I remember is around 75 SR.
There are more places to choose from in the Riyadh area.
