I stay in this hotel during a business trip and the experience was very good. The breakfast is complete, good coffee, fresh fruit, the hot part also very complete. The service is very professional and nice.
The location is in a well connected road to access anywhere in Riyadh with in minutes.

My wife and I stayed for the weekend and I chose the hotel based on location to where we want to be in Riyadh. Overall, it was not a bad choice and we had a good time in this small hotel. The location was the mains reason why I chose the hotel, then it is part of Hyatt network. First thing we didn’t find cool about the hotel is the entrance which was tricky and uneasy to locate. Service was good, breakfast was very good and had many choices. The hotel is quiet but it got noisy at late night hearing the cars speeding on the main road next to the hotel. Our room was small but good enough. My ongoing problem with many hotels is the cleanliness particularly the dust. He room was dusty and I’m allergic to dust. Anyway, my wife liked the hotel and we enjoyed our quick visit ti riyadh.

Very comfortable and quiet. Excellent hotel staff. Good breakfast. Friendly welcome. This is not a very large hotel but it does all the essentials very well. The location is fine. It seems that in Riyadh you have to drive everywhere anyway and this is not far from anywhere that I needed to go

We decided to make our wedding at Almashreq hotel ball. Unfortunately this was the worst decision I had made in my life. They simply ruined my night starting from a very bad air conditioning to a non working fridge. I ended up serving my guest a hot water and juice while they was sweating from unbearable heat in the ball room. It was a disaster. The lady who was responsible for the ball that night " Madam Ghaida" was not able to do anything. I paid hundreds of riyals to have a good service in my wedding and all what I got was way below a five stars hotel services. I don't recommend it at all

A very nice hotel with a spa and swimming pool in the basement. The rooms are well tended albeit a bit small. The restaurant is OK but evening meals are a bit snack like but there is a Lebanese restaurant attached to the hotel.
It is on quite a busy junction so it’s quite easy to get to but it’s a bit of a journey from other areas of the city but there again most hotels would probably fall into that category. On the other side of the nerve racking junction there’s a big supermarket which is about 10 minutes walk away and various other eateries and coffee shops. The staff were very pleasant and more than helpful.

Beautiful interior design in the lobby. I've stayed here 3 times, in each of the rooms the door to the terrace does not lock because they actually have no lock function at all. In fact, they don't even close at all. There is a motorway in front of the hotel and very few facilities in walking distance. They do not service your room every day, so you need to make repeated requests for water etc. And finally the hotel breakfast is not good but Ward Restaurant beside the hotel is fab.
