This property is in the city centre and next to the IT/computer market. The Faisaliyah tower is a 5 minute drive/15 minute walk and the place has restaurants, ATM, taxi services and grocery stores at a short walk. I have rated the hotel 4, due to its location and the prompt service and everything you expect of a 3 star...

Decent hotel, good and helpful staff. I liked the breakfast spread. Felt like a central location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel can so better with (1) facilities like steam/sauna and advanced gym (2) more options for vegetarians like me on the 24×7 menu

The hotel is set back from the main road, therefore a little bit tricky to find. Rooms are very large and comfortable. The overall condition of the hotel is somewhat worn. It could use some renovation here and there. Breakfast is OK, but not overwhelming. I stayed 6 nights and would use it again.

The hotel can be a bit tricky to find, as taxi drivers are not well familiar with its name. The phone number listed on the website and room key is also not available. The location of the hotel is convenient though, it's in the center of Olaya district. Shopping malls, ministries and hospitals are within a short distance. Room service...

I found a bed bug on the 1st night of my stay and requested to be moved to another room I was given an Executive room on the 5th floor (Executive floor). This room was decent and better than the ones on the...

I wasn't disappointed with the hotel as i have booked because a friend was staying at the same hotel. given the price range of the hotel, they provide an average standard for a 4 star but i would say they have very clean rooms, toilet and all over the hotel i have not noticed anything upsetting. the location is central...

Located in the heart of Riyadh in Olaya, the rooms are quite worn and facilities average. Good for stay for short business visits. The location ensures that you reach your meeting destination within half an hour in most instances. At least a half an hour ride away from the airport, the hotel rooms are quite worn out and the service...

One night stay only. Very late arrival, around 3AM. Easy check in was good at that time in morning. Quite traditional in character. Room was spacious with living room, bathroom and bedroom with small kitchen which had coffee and tea. Minibar also although did not use. Free water was nice. Room was clean. Bed comfy. Quiet enough considering in city...
