It was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed it. The rooms are amazing. Loved the corner desk with chair. There are surfaces everywhere which was nice. Beds are comfortable so are the pillows. Bathroom clean .. nice to have a bathtub. Valet parking was nice. The two gentlemen who helped with the luggage and the valet parking were very professional and kind. Rafiq and Alamin. Very small peeves not worth mentioning, but I’ll mention them anyways in case someone feels they’re a big deal. Lights in the room are little difficult to understand. The water hose next to the commode is on the left side (not the right). When the doors in the next rooms shut they’re loud. We recommend making the doors shut softly.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Clean and tidy and with a breakfast spread that was fantastic. The staff were extremely courteous especially Diasroshan from the housekeeping who made sure that my room was cleaned everyday and kept absolutely clean. He always has a wonderful smile which helps you start your day with joy. He went extra mile to help me and I feel that people like him are truly an asset to this hotel and it’s because of people like him that clients would like to come back to this hotel. The hotel is good, the room was big and clean and the service also good. I had dinner many times at the restaurant and the waiters were friendly and give a good service. The problem is that the room was prepaid and i wanted not to pay each time the dinner but open an account using my credit card as warranty (they blocked 5000 SAR), at the last day all the dinners were paid (with invoice) and they said they released the card so nothing would be charged on it ... surprise! as I was back i found they charge even more than the full amount of the warranty and now i will have to struggle to have back my money! This is very bad, i explained 2 times (in the morning and evening) even with a local friend speaking their language but they didn't care.

This hotel is a fine business hotel, just a bit off the beaten path and a little older than some. There’s not much around the hotel—not walkable to a mall or other dining options. So you’re looking at a 20SAR taxi each way to get to the Olaya area (very walkable, lots of shopping and food choices) for restaurants and/or a mall. The Silk Road restaurant at the hotel has a very pleasant ambience and good service. You won’t lack for type of food options (Italian, Indian, Saudi, salad, sandwich, breakfast,) but if you’re here a week, it could get tiresome. The hotel makes surprisingly good use of what are otherwise fairly small rooms. In each room, there’s a large wall section that blocks out any area where light could get in so the rooms can be quite dark. And the desk section is cut into a cubby hole approximately 4’ wide by the window. Even with the window, it can feel a bit claustrophobic to work there. The hotel was quite full, but after a day, Mohammed was able to kindly upgrade us to a suite by our status. It did provide a separate, small room (with an additional tv, couch, chair, and small, round table with 2 chairs) attached to the same size small bedroom as a standard room. The extra room was a welcome space for a long stay.

The bed is large and confortable. Bath room is well decorated and show head is used friendly with large amount of hot water. Thanks to Vamshi and Jalal, the room is cleaned on time. Breakfast is the most favorite part and I enjoyed very much with various food and fruit. The speed of WiFi is not fast as expected. Hope it can be improved.

This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel and the service is excellent. The coffee house serves an international buffet and the quality is excellent. The best thing about this hotel over the last few days is the housekeeping attendant named Rafeek who is exceptionally attentive, with no hesitation he makes sure the room is clean, comfortable and all amenities replenished. His service should be recognised by the hotel as he sincere, knowledgeable and always helpful. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Very bad receptionist. The worst checkin experience. Even though im a gold loyalty member, the receptionist was putting conditions on us and asking for monetary guarantees to access restaurants and other facilities. Even though we never had a problem before but she was stating that those are the rules However, rooms are clean and the person in charge of housekeeping (Anthony) is very detailed oriented and doing work with great quality.

Excellent service by Asma at reception, Raja and Hisbullah. I have really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come again!
Rooms are extremely spacious and Hisbullah has done a great job ensuring the place is spotless everyday.
