We will do no justice to this place with just a 5 star rating. It was like a beautiful dream you don’t want to end rather than a hotel stay. This is an adventure into the world of luxury and excellent customer service. You get the first impression that this place is full of VIPs and soon enough you feel that you are one of them. Employees in this place know how to treat you like a special guest and make you enjoy every minute of your stay. What I liked the most is how some employees in the hotel lobby make the effort to come into your way and make an eye contact just to greet you. While working on my lap top I received an email from the housekeeping head asking if everything was to my satisfaction in the room and if I needed anything else. I replied asking for some special toiletries to be delivered to my room at 8:45 the next morning and they sent them at 8:47 with an apology for the delay! The breakfast at Al Orjouan restaurant is something you don’t want to miss. The swimming pool is out of this world and gives an added pleasure of enjoying the surroundings and ambience. Don’t compare the price with other hotels because it will not be a fair comparison. If you enjoy staying at hotels then this is an experience you have to live at least for once.

When looking for luxury, hold your horses. You found the birthplace of luxury! Typical Ritz quality and interior design, overly luxurious and staff are extremely hospitable and helpful. Facilities are on point and we need to do a shout out to the guys at the gym facilities, the schoolbook example of having a passion for hospitality! When you come out of the sauna and sit in the jacuzzi, they will offer you a fresh juice!
Room service was super pleasant, Abdulrahman made sure to understand my needs and found a fun surprise and delight moment by showcasing the local coffee ritual and gave a magazine with what to visit in Riyadh! Such associate is worth gold! Definitely recommend the place!

It’s a beautifully designed hotel - luxurious in every way with top notch service . Well equipped gym , spa and business lounge . The staff is courteous and helpful . The housekeeping staff is well trained - ketan and his team handle the tasks very well . The breakfast has a wide spread and so does the business lounge. Overall an excellent hotel.

Horrible! I will NEVER return. ATM not functioning. So I couldn't get $ to tip waiters, valets, housekeeping. They all "lost" due to ATM not functioning. I asked 3 times at front desk to fix. They just said "bank's problem". Food service terrible. One morning, no butter for bread. Then toaster wasn't plugged in. Then no napkin to hold bread while cutting. In the Spa, they took my robe & towel, slippers and face-mask away "cleaning up" while I was in the shower! So I come out and have to way to dry myself. This place no longer deserves the name "Ritz-Carlton". Stay away!

The grandiosity of the place is the 1st reason why me, my family and friends kept coming back. The experience of fine dining with luxury is the memory that we treasured. Excellence service was their forte, 2nd is the wide selection of menus, desserts and international cuisine which my favorite was their japanese food, the sushi and maki. Children were entertained by the chefs by letting them make their own pizza and pasta which I appreciate much. The chinese staff serving tea was amazing with his "great kung fu stance". I loved the ambiance, I loved the people working there!

This hotel is 7 stars hotel , My husband and l stayed 2 nights with them end of December, it was the best holiday , all the staff and receptionist are excellent well trained, we were welcomed by Mr Mohamad Alsaman who was very generous with us and he wanted to be sure that we are having the best time in the hotel. The house keeping staff were very good specially Sayed Mukhtar, if we come to the dinning area which was in Orjouan restaurant our breakfast and dinner were brilliant, dinner time we had a very good time on Thursday night which was Butcher buffet night first we were welcomed by Peter who was very good with us also I should mention and thank chef Sukayna who made me the steak herself which was the best and she was coming all the time to our table to be sure that we are happy with everything, she is the best chef. I love this hotel this is the fourth time I stayed in it and definitely I will stay again , I can recommend this hotel to anyone likes to be treated as a Royal in their holiday . Thanks to everyone in Ritz Carlton hotel Riyad .

I stayed a couple of nights at the Ritz Carlton in Riyadh for a conference and was really blown away by the culinary team running the hotel restaurant. Butcher’s night on Wednesdays is a real event locally celebrated. A huge selection of meats from which you select before your cuts are perfectly cooked at your liking. I couldn’t hold back with the pastries. They have a pastry chef that builds sculptures from pastry! The region has so many culinary treats to offer and the hotel team really know how to best prepare and serve them to their customers. Oh before I forget, the bed was really comfy and I enjoyed the views from the hotel room.

I assume you will be coming for work as you are in group. I am sure you will have the appropriate visa and those people will be waiting for you at the airport.
It should not be a problem as a lot of foreign workers both male and females come.
Dress as in long dress or trousers will be fine. And keep a scarf with you.
Wear loose dresses. If you can have the black long dress which you can put on your dress when you are out called ( abaya) it is better when you go out
You can borrow it from some Arab origin ladies in your country but if you don't find it don't worry. You can also ask the sponsors before you reach they might bring you one.
In the hotel the atmosphere is very good and the rooms are comfortable. In fact you will love the hotel. it is grand from the moment you enter there. I find it one of the best hotels in the city.
I am sure you are coming for work and not looking for parties and other stuff so it should be ok. The food in the hotel is great so enjoy it.
If you want to go out let the sponsors arrange it you don't need to go alone as you might have difficulty in communication.
When you are with male colleagues keep it professional the way you do at work and it will be ok.
You might actually see female members of you sponsor team you can ask them and they will be very happy to guide you.
If you smoke avoid that in public areas and keep it in your room.
As of your question you should not have any problem in this hotel being a female
I am sure you will enjoy your stay.
