Whenever there's need for intense business engagement, this hotel provides the most effective location as it's quiet and has least interruptions. Reception staff are excellent and efficient. This includes Mr Abdulaziz, Mr Abdullah and Mr Yasir with team leader Mr Waleed Baahammakh. Mr Waleed is exceptional indeed with distinguished professionalism and puts guest experience as his priority. He understands hospitality and is outstanding. Nothing is too much or too little as he goes the extra distance to ensure instant guest satisfaction. Breakfast in the Oasis Restaurant is simply an incredible experience with natural light, and an exquisite buffet that caters for local and international guests. The alcoves in the diningroom add value for privacy especially if business is being done. Staff are cheerful and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and quaint, and are well appointed with a balcony overlooking the Arabesque features of the building in clever architectural design. Room service is efficient and digital that makes it an absolute pleasure especially when conducting business in various time zones. The parking is secure and wonderful with access directly to the rooms. Truly value for the rates and worth it! Will always return, and recommend!

Rooms: Comfortable bed, and clean. Bathroom could use more lighting.
Food & drinks: Amazing buffet and the best um ali ever. Maitre de Benjamin and chef Khalid make you feel at home. Nice music by the maestro in his saxophone!

We requested a quite room pre-booking we got the opposite, turned out there was a wedding reception in the hotel which occurs frequently we were later informed. The loud music and rowdy guests meant sleep was not on the menu for all those guests not participating in the festivities. The hotel made no mention of this before we checked in even though we requested a quite room. Beyond that they have a major design problem with room doors which bang shut through our the night (lots of kids staying here and families shifting between rooms) so again it’s a far from restful place. Breakfast was reasonable but the food beyond this was poor and lacking choice sandwiches and burgers. From the lounge cafe menu (Resteraunt was closed 9pm) I ordered a Salmon Sesame Seed Bagel, with Rocket and Capers I received a stale toasted sandwich with salmon and lettuce, well at lease the main ingredient was there if not the rest. Receptionist was cheerful and doing her best to smooth over the cracks as guests complained. Overall definitely one to avoid there are many better options in the close vicinity and one we have chalked up as ‘never to be repeated’.

Chef khalid knows how to arrange and select variety of food . I think they specialize in variety of salads and lemon butter fish live shawarma was available , the ambience is awesome and the staff attitude is very welcoming price of the dinner buffet was 172 SAR which is worthy when compared to the quality. Overall it was a very good experience.

Stayed here 3 nights recently. Staff is really friendly (10 points score), but not always efficient. During my stay the toiletries were not always replenished, From a friend of mine staying in the hotel, I heard that they forgot to replenish his toilet paper so he ran into some challenges....
Hotel really needs an update. Especially the rooms show this. By opening the mini fridge closet, I was holding the door in my hands and by opening the wardrobe the doorknop felt of.
Really nice is that you receive some free sodas in your minifridge.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place for over 20 days, and it has been an amazing experience. The room was comfortable, providing me with a cozy and relaxing space. The location is excellent, as it is tucked away from the highway while still being conveniently close to everything I needed.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jahirul, my dedicated room keeper, who went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. He took great care of me, always making sure my water was filled and my room was clean. His attention to detail and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable.
I would also like to commend Ben, who took charge of the breakfast arrangements. He provided a delightful breakfast set, making sure that everything was just right. The breakfast line here is truly lovely, with a wide variety of delicious options.
