This was my second stay in this hotel during a busines trip in Riyadh.staff here are very friendly and helpful. Location of this hotel is very good when you have any work on Riyadh Industrial Area. It is located on the highway around 20 Km away from industrial area but also very close to the city centre. Food I this resturant is very delecious specially the breakfast. Resturant is very elegent and will equiped with lots of diffrent verrities of food. The hotel is designed to be on the islamic architecture stayle. Furniture and lighting also very will selected to match with the beauty of the hotel decoration. Hotel also has a high standard gym and fitness area with very nice spa.....very good for relaxation after a long day! I tried previously the one bedroom suite and this time a deluxe room and booth were very nice....room is equipped with a corner for washing machin, microwave and an espresso machin. For the value I paied.....it was a very great deal! Hotel offers also a valet parking and other nice services. I highly recommend it specially if you want to be little away from the crowdness of Riyadh Center.

Shaza Riyadh is a 5 star hotel located on exit 15 right beside the Al Rajhi Mosque. A luxurious hotel with super comfy rooms, great service and amazing food.
Talking about the other facilities like the swimming pool, spa, gym and also a kids play area.. everything is amazing
The part I loved the most is the architecture of the hotel which gives the travelers these light filled spaces with beautiful patterns and Rich textures
We booked a single bedroom suite consisting of a kitchen and 2 washrooms along with a spacious living room with a dining space. I must say it was an experience to be cherished for a lifetime.
They also provided some compliments and we ordered some dessert along with the popular Shaza herbal tea which was lovely!
Definitely going to visit this place again for sure
If you are looking for a weekend getaway or want to visit Riyadh for tourism , this hotel is for you!

Our company booked around 12-15 rooms to the guests in addition to a 3 days banquet.
I requested a late check out only 1 hour just until 1 they refused and said we can give u only 30 min As if the other 30min i requested will disturb their guests flow where occupancy is way below 50% Then the reception cleared it and said we charge on late checkout by hours. I told her we spent 10s of thousands of dollars and u still need to charge the guests for 1hr while i checked in late a night !!!
To go back to the amenities Room is clean and has everything. Mattress is 0/10 Pillows are -2/10 The sleep quality is not comfy at all.
Food is below average maybe its 3/10 if im generous

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your esteemed hotel and I would like to share some feedback on my breakfast experience.
Firstly, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Shakib, who went above and beyond to ensure that my breakfast experience was truly enjoyable. His impeccable hospitality, warm demeanor, and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. Shakib truly exemplifies the spirit of hospitality and adds a lot of value to your team.
While the hospitality offered was exemplary, I feel there is room for improvement in the quality of the breakfast served. The bakery items such as the croissant, did not match up to international standards. They were a little too hard for my liking, I typically prefer them to be softer.
The omelette served was also not up to the mark, and I believe it could be improved upon. On the bright side, I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino coffee which was indeed good and energizing. The orange juice served was satisfactory.
It is my humble request for your team to revisit the quality of breakfast served and consider making necessary improvements to better align with international standards. I believe that this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and help maintain your hotel's prestigious reputation.

Comfortable bed, rooms are very spacious and the Friday brunch was spreaded with wide varieties of food . The Fnb staff was very professional, they took the attention of customer needs pro actively . I would like to mention Ashi, Ashique and Tarik for the excellent job which they are doing . My special thanks to chef Samir and his team . The breakfast buffet was with lot of fresh juices which lot of hotels don’t provide in Saudi Arabia , and excellent croissants .

Located just 30 minute from the Riyadh International Airport the Shaza Riyadh is a mid sized boutique apartment hotel for those who want both modern touches and Arabic influences. The hotel is an all suite property with kitchenettes including appliances. The team at the hotel can be a bit of a hit or miss - at times unable to solve issues or take ownership. Overall beautiful property with easy access as well as underground parking.

The hotel disappointed me, reception service is slow, and the knowledge of English is far below the level you would expect from a receptionist. The hotel is scruffy, it is not clean enough for this hotel level. As a result it feels that this hotel is well over ten years old where in reality it is about 4 years old. The beds are good and the rooms are spacious. The noise insulation is poor, you hear all what the neighbours are doing. The restaurant is OK and the staff is very helpful. The food served is good. Very pricey hotel for what you get, I personally will not stay there in the future, there are far cheaper alternatives in that area that are more comfortable, modern and clean. Overal it think it is more inline with the level of a medium 3 star rating.

Honestly the appearance is really nice and relaxing but the housekeeping is a mess they didn’t clean the room for two days , and when you call them they just ignore the request. Also the A/C was very hot and when I called them they technician came and said he fixed it but nothing was fixed. Honestly it’s one of the worst experiences I had In a hotel. Not recommended at all
