room is clean, modern, with plenty of natural light. close to many restaurant and sights in Riyadh. If you are an early bird take the breakfast included price as it is a bargain and very diverse. Staff is friendly and helpful.

An excellent long stay experience with all the comforts of home and the attention of a cordial staff. The location is central and provides easy access to businesses, shopping and services with a nice selection of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Groceries nearby and a 24h deli on the premises made life simple and and sweet.

We tried the dinner buffet that they offer. The restaurant has a modern and minimalist design. They don't have too much food variety, but they do refill often. Drinks are also included in the buffet. They also offer on the spot pasta cooking where you can choose your sauce. It's nice, since you can make sure the pasta is served hot. Staff are all friendly, they don't snob the guests and they made sure your enjoying your meal. They even asked us how was our experience, which is a plus for me. The only thing I didn't like is the line up of the buffet. The salad and the dessert buffet is placed in the wall and corner spot. You'll barely notice it.

This was second stay, and while first was bearable, this stay for 11 nights was miserable. Changed room cause of thin walls and noisy neighbours. Second room noise continued due large family staying in 5 rooms next door at 2/3 am. Complained at front desk was told to call again if disturbed, called that night at 2 am no one picked up at reception. Hot water in the shower not working complained for 4 days to no real avail. Duty manager apparently does not exist, asked for him on numerous occasions too.
Sullen and rude bell desk helpers, not sure if they aware of the fact they working in a service industry. This extends to some waiters and chefs in the one and only restaurant. (Have special meal requirements, due to medical issues, evening chef basically behaved as if he was doing me a huge favour, while Chef Ahmad was gracious on the two nights he was there) Mohammed and Busra at front desk, and Tarek the house keeping guy were the few pleasant staff there.
Travel frequently to Riyadh and was going to be using Centro as regular stay but am looking for alternatives.

We stayed at 2 different Centro hotels during our visit to Riyadh recently, and Centro Olaya turned out to be our preferred one. The location is very central, and we could easily walk to the nearby highlights.
However, what made staying at this hotel a better experience than the other Centro was the standard of cleanliness of the rooms. That made our stay more comfortable, and as we had been on the road around the country for 3 weeks before checking-in, we really needed a comfortable bed and clean room to refresh and recover. Centro Olaya gave us that.
We didn't have breakfast, but bought coffee and fruits from their cafe, which was of good quality. We also ordered room service, and the meals were carefully delivered by a very polite and respectful Nepalese staff (sorry, I forgot his name). The meals were delicious and vey well presented.
Overall, we had a very satisfying experience and wished we had stayed here during both our visits to the city. Highly recommended!

By far the most hospitable hotel I've stayed in. Afzal and Varma were such kind hosts who were proactive in serving us for any of our needs.
They always took the extra step in assisting us with special dishes for our breakfast as we were vegetarian.
Must stay place if you are in Riyadh.

Centro Olaya by Rotana we had meeting set up at the hotel and the meeting room was well organized by the hotel. It was very hospitable and the staffs were very proactive and helpful. The location is one of the most happening places in Riyadh. The restaurant was very cozy and comfortable along with the delicious food they offered added more stars to their hat.

Your Housekeeping and Front of House Staff are excellent
My room was perfect everyday… it as like coming home to my home as a kid… great welcome on the reception and corridor and my room … what can I say… always made me feel good.
However you need to check the sound proofing between the walls. You have lightweight stud partitions which have many electrical switches sockets on each side and poor sound insulation
You cannot call this a business Hitel unless your swimming pool is open for business guests returning from work.

I recently spent 9 nights at the Centro Olaya by Rotana in Riyadh, and the hotel really exceeded my expectations. I was here for a combination of business and social, and the central location was ideal. The rooms are very modern and spacious, and the staff is extremely professional and courteous. The hotel also has a very good gym and a rooftop pool. This is the epitome of what a boutique business hotel should be, and the price was very reasonable. You get a lot more value at this hotel as compared to some other similarly priced hotels. I would definitely stay here again on future trips to Riyadh.
